The USFW is trying to de-list federally protected wolves which are only about 15% reintroduced to their former habitat range, breaking the mission statement and purpose of the Endangered Species Act. One of the main mitigating factors the USFW cites is the "human intolerance" towards wolves. This said intolerance is the job of the USFW and ESA to remedy. Killing wolves because of "human intolerance" weakens the ESA and opens up trophy hunting to all endangered species hunters deem "human intolerant".

This is a plea to Representative Jake Wheatley to open up discussions for repealing the Castle Doctrine Expansion (PA's version of Stand Your Ground). Right now, if House leaders scheduled a vote on reform with a new roadmap to citizenship, a bipartisan majority of members in the House would vote for it. It’s up to House Republican leaders – Speaker Boehner, Majority Leader Cantor, and Majority Whip McCarthy – to do just that. • The time is now for a real solution: reform with citizenship. We want nothing less than an inclusive path to initial immigration status and an achievable path to eventual citizenship for 11 million undocumented immigrants in America. • We have an historic opportunity to get it done and get it right. This is the best chance we’ve had in a generation to pass common-sense immigration reform. Corporate profits are at an all-time high, and wages at an all-time low. Though productivity has increased 99% over 4 decades, wages have stagnated, increasing only 4%. Workers don't enjoy the rewards of their increased productivity, while corporate CEOs make out like bandits. Even as CEO compensation has skyrocketed over 900 percent, the minimum wage has lost one-third of its value over the past 45 years. Adjusting minimum wage for inflation since 1968, 30 million U.S. minimum wage workers would be making $10.56 instead of the current $7.25 per hour. Raising the minimum wage to $10.50 would provide important economic stimulus.
