The solution: Assembly Bill 880 which would penalize companies like Walmart that have workers enrolled in Medi-Cal -- California's version of Medicaid -- instead of covering those workers themselves, as mandated by Obamacare.

These Toxic Pesticides and Herbicides are even more Dangerous to Humans and Our Environment providing Less Yields at an alarming toll on Our Soils, Contaminating and Rendering Useless Our Precious Land Cannot Tolerate. The girls are 15 and 10...with mental issues and the youngest is ADDHD. The woman who took these girls is 27...the boyfriend we do not have an age...They were given to by Judgr Chrostopher Kelly Via family services. Before the grandmother could get any real help...She wants her granddaugters with her...The granddaughters want to live with their grandmother...Something stinks in Nebraska....And I think the human trafficing that is lining the pockets of this Judge and Nebraska childrens gallery...which is suppose to be a foster/adoption agency...To my knowledge....its illegal to sell another human being...

The Waukegan coal plant is the largest emitter of sulfur dioxide, mercury and carbon dioxide pollution in all of Lake County, contributing to 34 premature deaths and 570 asthma attacks every year. Midwest Generation sells the power it produces on the open market out of state and Lake County residents are left with the pollution and health costs. It's time to move Waukegan beyond coal and create new opportunities for cleaner, healthier businesses in the community.

Hydrofracking creates millions of gallons of wastewater, or "produced" water. It has been dumped into retention basins, concrete structures, etc. Pennsylvania is running out of room to get rid of the water, they want to process it in NJ wastewater treatment plants (sewage plants). The produced water has chemicals that are not disclosed, so how can a plant process them, and treat them, and then put into our waterways which is done with other treated sewage? Our plants have lists of chemicals that they can and cannot treat. The NJ Legislature voted almost unanimously to prohibit frack wastewater from NJ; the Gov vetoed it; and now various groups in NJ are working to over-ride the veto.

In the United States, when big industries are accused of massive wrong doing which harms the public, resources, and/or employees, the Federal government steps in and creates regulations. We The People are concerned about the harm the Federal government is causing by passing unpopular legislation. We are concerned about government spending. We are concerned about earmarking, and about passing bills full of "pork". We The People of the United States demand the Federal Government to make public and easily accessible all up coming legislation translated in laymen terms, we also demand the Federal Government to accept a non-affiliated third-party to audit Federal Government spending.
