  • Congress is not to vote on their own pay/benefits package.
Sick of Congress treating themselves like royalty and sticking it to those who vote them in to office. Congress should never vote on their own pay/benefits package. Pay, Raises, Benefits are to be put on ballots and only the people, who elect them, decide what they are worth. Most of our problems stem from bills Congress has enacted or vetoed. All Americans are losing something and Congress should be the first to feel the pain, not the last.

  • Home Loan Modification Law
Borrowers government bail out program: HAMP1 and Hamp2 and Department of Justice foreclosure prevention programs are a presidential public relations fruad. We seek to make Home foreclosure's avoidance mandatory and its qualifications/requirement for its applicants non contingent and enforceable under law. We seek an immediate freeze on all home foreclosures, a reversal of all home property sold at a foreclosure sale and the return of the property to its rightful owner. Bank of America and other national lenders are refusing to provide home loan modifications under the HAMP1 and HAMP2 and Department of Justice guidelines because Obama made a typically useless program which has no teeth for its enforcement. Regardless of how these Loan Modifications programs are defined unless they are non contingent they will never be justly provided. Therefore we demand a freeze on all foreclosures and the unconditional right of homeowners to receive a home loan modification.

  • to protect our children in special education and with Independent Education Plans (IEP) to be abl...
Mr. President, please have Congress may make the penalties and laws that are already in place to protect our children in special education and with Independent Education Plans (IEP) to be able to have somewhere to go to get their questions answered in their problems resolved. The districts do what they want to do, they say what they want to say, and in this district to keep the English learners separated, they school site council. Parents are frustrated because the organization’s above the local level and at the local level are filled with people were collecting taxpayer money in their only interest is keeping their job. It is now time for this to change, people should be put in charge because of their willingness to work together to make changes in special education to help other people. To make sure those parents, Guardians, and students know their rights. Meet monthly all a site that can handle the special education parents, Guardians, and students to have a safe will organize meetings with voted upon members who will take their problems and questions and get them resolved it also have the power to do so. Have mandated by laws to try to keep the politics out of the election of its members and to hold people accountable in special education in the local, county, and state levels for their actions or non-actions on complaints or ideas that would make it a lot better for the special education environment in which they live in. It is time for the secret nonbinding no action committees and organizations to be break up, and new an excited committees in action groups, an organization has to be put in their place of fresh new faces and new ideas to bring special education into 21st century and beyond. On May 2, 2013 our special education son, was raped on the campus of Hemet unified school district property under the care of an IEP that would have protected him from such happenings and a school district that stop me from entering campus because of the way I look. The school district did nothing until I talk to them at their school board meeting on May 7, 2013 around 6:45 PM and was confirmed on May 8, 2013 around the 8:03 AM they were looking into it.

  • Mayor Bloomberg: Sign Paid Sick Days into Law
On Wednesday, May 8, 2013, the New York City Council voted 45 to 3 in favor of the NYC Earned Sick Time Act. This historic legislation allows workers to earn up to five Paid Sick Days per year to recover from an illness or to care for a sick child or family member. While we do have a supermajority of support, Mayor Bloomberg plans to veto this crucial bill. If the bill is signed, beginning on April 1, 2014, businesses with 20 or more employees will be required to offer five accrued Paid Sick Days per year. On October 1, 2015, the coverage will expand to include companies with 15 or more workers. An estimated one million workers will finally get paid sick days because of this law. It will also guarantee another 300,000 workers up to five unpaid, job-protected sick days (as of April 1, 2014). Mayor Bloomberg wrongly claims that this bill will "stifle job creation." This has not been the case in cities like San Francisco, which has had an even more expansive law since 2007. Paid sick leave prevents the spread of contagious illnesses, protects worker's economic security, and increases businesses' productivity. New York City has been fighting for Paid Sick Days for four years. Tell Mayor Bloomberg that we've waited long enough. Respect the wishes of New Yorkers, and sign this bill into law today.

Under the TRICARE system, administered by ISOS and Global24, contractors of the Tricare Management Activity, military retirees are being overcharged double and more the local rate for all other persons with the encouragement of ISOS and Global24. Disabled US Veterans are NOT being provided required care, as stated by law, even though the Veterans Administration maintains a clinic there.

  • Legalize Drugs
Stop spending public money on something that cannot be stopped except with education (just like alcohol and prostitution, it will forever be a temptation). Treat it like alcohol, and collect the taxes (tax it high), rather than the current situation where it funds crime, gangs, terrorists and ends up with useless spending of scarce public money.
