This petition is to fight against the state of Indiana against my brother Cesar A. Castaneda. The state of Indiana is pressing charges against Cesar for homicide over a tragedy accidental death that happened to his son (my nephew) Cesar A. Castaneda Jr. at 3 months old.

Clean Elections is a highly popular and effective system that ensures elected officials are working for their constituents and not their wealthy special interests donors. Now, Republicans in the house have introduced a bill to more than quadruple the campaign contribution limit, opening future election cycles to even greater influence by special interests representing even smaller, wealthier individuals and organizations. We cannot let them succeed. If we don't stand up now, they will just continue to attack Clean Elections until the program is destroyed. Demand they stop the attacks on Clean Elections and vote "NO" on HCR 2026.

Congressional representatives are paid by we the people and are not doing their job. In the real world of ordinary folks, anyone who doesn't show up to work 50% of the time and does not produce on the job is either fired, or is not paid. Why is this any different for our public servants? They work for us, and we pay their salaries, so I would like to petition the people to demand that their salaries be lowered, docked or discontinued until they produce and show up for work.

Our taxes, waste and fraud proliferate while our elected officials do nothing. This is adversely affecting every man, woman and child as well as future generations and our nation's world standing.

Congress passed the Sequester, they can repeal it. It's as easy as that. Then we wouldn't be facing these draconian cuts to our most still very fragile economy.
