When it comes to protecting the health of Pennsylvanians, you would hope the government would always use the most stringent and comprehensive tests available and would report the full results of those tests to homeowners. But, you’d be wrong. For more than four years, the Department of Environmental Protection has been able to test for 45 contaminants in its water-sample analysis. Instead, it has only tested for fewer than half those contaminants for the last two years—leaving off numerous dangerous toxins including selenium, arsenic, mercury and chromium. A number of the contaminants left off the test cause nausea, vomiting, hair loss, cellular damage, tremors and more. These are all symptoms that have been reported by individuals living near gas drilling operations.

Missouri is holding our children back by keeping our children from enrolling in kindergarten if they are not 5 before July of the up coming school year! My child is advanced and ready for kindergarten after 2 years of preschool, but since she was not born until 2 months after the school year starts, they will not let her enroll. She has to play for another year in preschool instead of moving to kindergarten to learn, I cant afford private school! Other states extend the date to December 31st, lets get our children educated!

In December of 2012 the Rockford Area Realtors began use of an archaic MLS called Paragon 5. This was not the best product available in the market place. We are being forced to move backward while the advent of public facing websites and apps trump our own abilities with our MLS. Essentially the use of the Paragon MLS has handicapped Rockford Realtor members from the general public’s own access to information. If we do not have better, easier and faster access to home information than the public we are in serious trouble.

The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment is a complete mess and inept. People cannot get through to customer service even after calling for hours and days. This problem has been completely ignored by the Executive Director, Ellen Golombek and Governor Hickenlooper.

My sister is a hearing impaired adult, her hearing aides are broken beyond repair and medicaid refuses to replace them and she can't hear a car coming!
