Burma/Myanmar has announced to the world that it is entering a reform period toward democracy, but the recent crackdown on peaceful protesters - mostly Buddhist monks- reveals the ugly truth. Unless basic measures are taken to honor the people's right to freedom of expression, the reform process is exposed as a sham intended merely to bring legitimacy to the government rather than true change in society. The United States has been praising the reform measures taken thus far and responded with extensive rewards for good behavior. But the White House also has the responsibility to condemn human rights violations and remind the Thein Sein administration that the world is watching more closely than ever. This petition calls for the impeachment of John Husted based on the multiple valid provisional ballots threw out under his authority, and the countless number of voter registration records that were manipulated causing people who never should have been forced to fill out a provisional ballot were told they weren't properly registered on election day. For the past 2 years the republicans in the house have stopped just about every bill presented....enough is enough! The Republicans in the senate used the filabuster 157 times to stop any progress and they are doing all this because they are racially motivated against President Obama. It becoming more apparent as time goes on. Tell them to stop their bias and do the work they were sent to Washington to do!!!!

Deliberately limiting federal income is the height of fiscal irresponsibility. refusing to raise taxes on the rich while paying for it by cutting social and medical programs for the poor is the height of hypocrisy.

After learning that Colorado voters passed Amendment 64 by a 55% to 45% margin, Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper stated to the 1.291 Million Coloradians for voted for Am. 64, "don’t break out the Cheetos or gold fish too quickly." This stereotypical comment is an insult to the majority of Colorado voters who voted for Am. 64 and demonstrates the Gov.'s unwillingness to protect, uphold and defend this portion of the State Constitution as he is sworn to do.
