Get rid of the ASPCA drive targeted to contributing members of the community.

For years the Banks and the appraisal companies have colluded for the benefit of the Bank and to the Detriment of the Mortgagee. Stop the collusion and base appraisals on the cost of building that house today less depreciation. Eliminate comparative appraisals.

Members of congress should have to remove themselves from any committee where they have received donations from any individual, company or industry group, who stand to benefit from their vote. This is an obvious conflict of interest between our government and the private sector. E.g. receiving campaign contributions from Lockheed Martin should bar a congressman from being on the defense committee.

Our heathcare cost would reduce if we make a concerted effort to eat healthy. Big business and government has not let our farmers farm with intergrity and freedom. We need to help to make a chnage for all of our lives and our families

I got rid of my hardline phone service because I just couldn't afford it anymore. The next month was the start of overages I never had before and when I looked at the details of my bill I could see it was because of the extreamly long calls to "toll free" numbers where you get lost in automated phone systems and put on hold for long periods od time.

Duke Energy currently has a monopoly as an electricity provider in NC. They have raised their rates twice in the past four years. For those on fixed incomes, this has been a nightmare. It has also been a nightmare for small businesses all over the state. Let's bring in competition from outside the state and give NC residents a choice in electricity providers. Send a message to our state legislature to bring competition for electricity to NC.

With Congress' approval rating at record lows, why not do something about it?

Women represent more than 50% of the population of the USA, but women only hold 27.6% or less of elected positions and/or Mitt appointed positions! Women make up only 16.8% of Congress. (90 women have been elected to Congress out of a total of 535 seats) - (61D, 29R - 16.8% of 535 seats) U.S. Senate 17 (12D, 5R - 17% of 100 seats) U.S. House 73 (49D, 24R - 16.8% of 435 seats) 42 percent of Romney’s appointments during his first two and a half years as governor were women, the number of women in high-level appointed positions actually declined to 27.6 percent during his full tenure as governor according to to a 2007 MassGAP study. In state Statewide Executive positions, including Governors and Lt. Governors, women hold 75, 23.4% of 320 positions. Afghanistan has to rely on their govenment and people of that country to govern their affairs. It is not up to outsiders to rule, fight and try to maintain order.

All year, in my own backyard the weather has expressed itself differently than years before. More people in my office have respiratory problems. I fear that the collateral damage that will come from not doing enough for the environment will be more than anyone bargained for- from any other human decision in history- and will occur in our own lifetime.
