We demand that state of North Carolina open an investigation into whether the Republican-backed firm Strategic Allied Consulting engaged in voter registration fraud in North Carolina. Strategic Allied Consulting has been accused of filing fraudulent registration forms in nearly a dozen Florida counties, and may have done the same in North Carolina. This should be done immediately - prior to the 2012 November election.

I was sexually assaulted by a male massage therapist named Leslie on Sept. 22, 2012. Dr. Michael Boyson admitted twice that they've had the same complaints (plural) from other women (plural).The owner, Dr. Scott Asay also stated that they've had complaints from other women. Leslie was fired on Sept. 25. According to the Chandler Police Dr. Asay stated that they've had only one other complaint against him and it was not of a sexual nature. He LIED, and not only is he going to go to the next massage therapy office and assault again, he has two doctors actually protecting him.

In Connecticut, the supreme court overturned the conviction of Richard Fourtin Jr. who had been sentenced to 6 years in prison in 2008 for sexually assaulting a woman with severe cerebral palsy, on the grounds that since she did not express her non consent, the sex was consensual. This petition states that there should be no law which could be interpreted this way; Connecticut should immediately rewrite their legislation with regards to definitions of rape and what defines consent, so that something this disgusting will never happen again. The woman in this case, name withheld for privacy, cannot verbally communicate, and the defense argued that because she did not kick or bite or scratch, she was giving consent. This shouldn't be acceptable in any way shape or form as a defense, and under the current law it is. The law must therefore be changed. Jim Lehrer should be ashamed of the job he supposedly did as a so-called "Moderator" and should be called out on it! As such, President Obama needs to and should go on the Offensive from now on, as Governor Romney showed that he was no different than the rest of the Republicans by not showing any respect for the President, by not allowing the Moderator or President Obama to have the last word, as the rules were stipulated and as common sense and gentlemen usually abide by! He showed his true colors of wanting to be a bully, as usual, and not really "reach across the aisle" to Democrats, as he mentioned, when he couldn't even stop talking everytime the President had the last word! No wonder why the President had to keep smiling and "ask" for a rebuttal from the moderator, and then ask the Moderator to move on, if Governor Romney couldn't stop trying to have the last word, just like an immature, childish, spoiled brat likes to do when arguing with authority figures!

It's election year again and the banks are working hard to control them, we want to make it illegal for them to contribute any money to any campaign candidate, THAT'S RIGHT no more at all, whether private or corporate banker. All presidential candidates will now have to support their own road to the white house no more tax payer money or corporation elite controlling the world.

Weve recently heard from people here in Ohio.Mitt Romney is hosting fundraiser not only in United States but hes even getting fund raisers in Hong Kong and in China. This is a guy who wants to be our President plus he outsourcing our own jobs to these other countries where he made millions while managing Bain Capitol. What else does Mitt have for our jobs if he becomes the President. I should know look where Huffy Bicycle is made at now(China). I'm a 59-year old, under-employed woman, without healthcare. Folks in their 50's & 60's have a terrible time getting a job. Employers don't want to risk higher healthcare costs that could come with hiring people age 50+. This age discrimination (resulting in lack of jobs/lack of healthcare) is out of control! Please don't repeal Obamacare! It's one of the few support structures we have!

Have fact checkers at the presidential and vice-presidential debates and all news programs interviewing the candidates. We don't need pathological liars in government. Or perhaps I should say we don't need any more pathological liars in government.

In Florida Rick Scott turned down even the oxycontin manufacturer donation of 1 million dollars intended to be used to electronicly monitor the doctors who legally dispense oxycontin and methadone to kids who are not even sick except that they have turned into addicts, pushers, or dealers because of this very system of pill mills. As an aside, he allocated $800,000.00 to law enforcement to crack down intermediaries, pushers, dealers, and the addicts themselves. Addicts travel miles over state lines to exploit this situation, which ends up creating more addicts, overdoses, and disease and death, hurting the general welfare of communities and millions of Americas in our country. Incidentally, he bequethed his $62 million interest in Solantic, a state wide chain of medical clinics across Florida, to his wife.
