Well I would like to petition the government ,to lower the rating of this herb to the level of Alcohol,fire arms and tobacco. I have a condition which this helps me get through the day. If the DEA keeps taking the herb and busting in on pharmacies, i don't like to be caught in the cross hairs of their law. Not only that but as well as the country and individual states due off of alcohol and tobacco,they would even do way, way better. It is common sense and very logical in a mathamatical way !

SMUD says they are harmless yet, an the insert in the statements it clearly says may cause leukemia in infants. We are fighting electric service companies to opt-out (at no cost) of the meters & fees since thousands of customers elderly and poor people. They threaten to cut off service if we don't pay the opt-out fee or they will install the meter over our objections. After doing research I found out the Smart Meters are deadly, plus an invasion of privacy.

I have a New York City Housing Authority voucher for Section 8 housing. I am supposed to be an "emergency" transfer because 1) I live in a home that did not pass inspection and 2) I am the victim of domestic violence. I brought in my paperwork repeatedly because it constantly was lost by the workers at the Atlantic Avenue NYCHA building. My landlords flooded my apartment where I currently live and never completed repairs nor reimbursed me for all that I lost as promised. I am suing them in small claims court and they lied in their countersuit. They claim they are suing me for unpaid rent, I am on public assistance and my portion of the rent goes directly to them before I even receive a check. I brought this proof to NYCHA and they still refuse to give me a transfer voucher until my landlords give them a notorized letter stating that I do not owe rent. Doing so would show that my landlords have purgered themselves so they will not provide the letter. Assembly woman Debi Rose has been aware of this situation and has been working with me for about a year now. I am to be evicted by my landlords on October 11 and will once again be homeless.

Why are coupon clippers subsidized with low capital gains tax rate, by income tax payers, who actually work for their income? If our society is committed to a productive citizen ethic, worker bees should be the ones subsidized by the coupon clippers, who, at most accept financial risk for their investments!

The US Congress has to change the wording & the Code Numbers that they assigned to the OMNI POD INSULIN PUMP! The Code NUMBERS that they assigned are:POD A 9274 & PDME0784! They must change the above Code Numbers and the wording that they applied because the Code Numbers they applied makes Omnipod a disposable item! Medicare is not allowed to cover it!) The Congress seems to be ignorant of the fact that the Omni Pod allow Diabetics to experience Blood Sugar Control! I'm sure if the members had family members or children or grand children with Diabetes this would have been resolved before the Omni Pod came out on the Market!

Many people have been hit incredibly hard during this economic down turn and are being denied jobs for non violent criminal history. Although laws prohibiting discrimination are in place, its impossible to effectively protect the privacy and/or the negative repercussions that an arrest (even if unfounded or dismissed) has on the job seeker.

After watching the debate I was so disgusted with the way Romney ran the debate. President Obama MUST show the American People that he can be just as assertive as Romney. President Obama needs to make a strong opening statement. He needs to let the American people know that in order for him to have an imformative debate with Romney, Romney has to give the American people some actual specifics about his plans and quit flip flopping on every issue. Otherwise , Romney just keeps lying, denying, omitting and flip flopping. Please President Obama fix the damages from the first debate. This has been Romney's and his advisors plan all along.

This particular petition is about PA Senate Bill #427, which is proposing that all medical insurance companies in the state of Pennsylvania permit all women the right and access to all FDA approved contraception methods, devices, and the medical counseling that goes with it. If this bill would pass into law, there would be less unintended pregnancies and fewer abortions.

Joe Kernen, Carl Quinanilla, screeching Rick Santelli, pandering Carl Quintanilla, heavy handed Maria Baltiromo and vacuous and destructive Larry Kudlow are puppets of the Republican party and provide a constant platform for the lies of the Republican Party. This morning, Carl Quintanilla was especially offensive as he challenge the veracity of Secretary of Labor, Solis, and the new unemployment report. Carl Quintanilla is offensive, unprofessional and unfairly Republican biased. He is not an objective voice on CNBC. His interview with Sec. Solis was absurd and insulting, as he quoted Jack Welch's tweet, who is a blatant Republican puppet and offensively stated that the govt. lied in its recent recording of the unemployment rates. Welch received his bottom lines at GE by FIRING his employees to increase his profits... he is not an objective source but works non stop for Romney. Welch's skepticism and constant Republican lies of deception are out of like, like their boss, Romney. As the self-serving Republicans constantly lie and deceive they have created a distorted climate of distrust. The Republican attempt to taint the veracity of the FED employee results are disgusting and another ploy in the Repulbican constant barrage to manipulate the system for their personal gain. Republicans will do anything to win. They lie, they constantly alter the facts, they manipulate the system in any way they can to suppress the American vote... ENOUGH!!! CNBC's Republican personalities like the weak and pandering Carl Quintanilla, the sardonic and bitter Joe Kernen, screeching Rick Santelli, uninformed Larry Kudlow and heavy handed self serving Maria Baltiromo are out of line, out of touch with the American populace and provide a totally skewed and distorted view of economic news. NBC has provided them with an unfair platform to spew their Republican venom. Time to clean house, and return CNBC to its clear platform to provide objective financial information. Time for Move ON to take on CNBC and make them remove these offensive Republican shills.
