Secretary of State Kris Kobach has been double-dipping, collecting his pay while pursuing a side business of writing and defending legislation against undocumented immigrants for other states.

It has recently been announced that immediately following the first debate, Mitt Romney plans to go to Hong Kong to hold a fund raiser for people in another part of the world to make their wishes known in the Presidential election. This should be, if not illegal, at the very least highly questionable if not immoral, unethical, and un-American. It is probably not the first time funds have been raised in another country, but it should be the last.

The lead opponents of Washington marriage equality have invited Rick Santorum to help them raise money for their efforts next week. Yes, you heard that right -- Rick Santorum. This is someone who has spent his entire career insulting and degrading gays and lesbians every chance he got. Same-sex marriage? To Rick Santorum, that is literally the greatest threat to homeland security. These guys aren't moderates. They don't respect loving gay and lesbian couples and their families. They're extremists, pure and simple. They are way, way out of the mainstream. Let's tell Rick Santorum to stay home and keep his right-wing bigoted views to himself. With the level of traffic ever getting worse and aggressive driving on the increase, I would like to see Maryland update their Traffic Laws to what 44 states in the US already have and have the left lane of highways just for passing and slower traffic stay to the right hand lanes. In the 26 years I have been in MD, I have seen so much aggressive and dangerous driving as drivers speed in all lanes and make risky lane changes to get around these slower drivers.

Marijuana has effected me by helping with my stomach pain (accute gastritis) keeps me from being sick and helps the pain. in june of 2011 i was charged with marijuana possesion and fined almost 500 dollars because i use it for medical reasons and i dident even have enough to smoke. its been over a year since i have paid on the fine because im not paying i would rather go to jail and let the goverment pay for me to be in there for somthing they can change and help get our economy back up by taxing marijuana.
