Romney recruiting Chinese campaign contributionsIt has recently been announced that immediately following the first debate, Mitt Romney plans to go to Hong Kong to hold a fund raiser for people in another part of the world to make their wishes known in the Presidential election. This should be, if not illegal, at the very least highly questionable if not immoral, unethical, and un-American. It is probably not the first time funds have been raised in another country, but it should be the last.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by David Score

Tell Santorum: Stay out of Washington! The lead opponents of Washington marriage equality have invited Rick Santorum to help them raise money for their efforts next week. Yes, you heard that right -- Rick Santorum. This is someone who has spent his entire career insulting and degrading gays and lesbians every chance he got. Same-sex marriage? To Rick Santorum, that is literally the greatest threat to homeland security. These guys aren't moderates. They don't respect loving gay and lesbian couples and their families. They're extremists, pure and simple. They are way, way out of the mainstream. Let's tell Rick Santorum to stay home and keep his right-wing bigoted views to himself. Join us now and help us send a message before his two events next week.94 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Zach Silk

Update MD Laws so Slow Traffic has to Stay RightWith the level of traffic ever getting worse and aggressive driving on the increase, I would like to see Maryland update their Traffic Laws to what 44 states in the US already have and have the left lane of highways just for passing and slower traffic stay to the right hand lanes. In the 26 years I have been in MD, I have seen so much aggressive and dangerous driving as drivers speed in all lanes and make risky lane changes to get around these slower drivers.18 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Susan Venter

Reduce chronic disease through good nutritionThe Farm Bill supports producing meat and carbs. Less than 5% goes to growing the fruits and vegetables that prevent obesity, cancer, and heart disease. Our national leaders should support public service commercials and make public statements to encourage people to eat fruits and vegetables, and use the Farm Bill to support farmers who grow foods that make us healthy.11 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Roc Ordman

Pan-American Insurance Refuses to Cover Life-Saving Cancer TreatmentKeri Blickenstaff Kinsel is a 27 year-old wife, PhD student, teacher, daughter, sister, and step mother. In January 2012 she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive bone cancer, Ewing's Sarcoma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ewing's_sarcoma). After months of aggressive chemotherapy and radiation, her doctors have prescribed one final major dose of chemo followed by a bone marrow transplant. They believe this will greatly increase her chances of survival. Her insurance company, Pan-American, has denied coverage due to profit motivations. Pan-American is an insurer with $2.2 Billion dollars in assets and almost $500 Million in annual revenue (http://www.palig.com/about/press_release.aspx?id=94&language=en-us). We think Pan-American can afford Keri's treatment. This petition is to José S. Suquet, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Pan-American to over turn Pan-American's decision not to cover Keri Blickenstaff Kinsel's life-saving treatment. Please take a brief moment to sign, and please spread this petition far and wide via email and social media. There have been cases of insurance companies over turning denial of coverage due to people speaking out, and we expect this to be one! Thank you for your time and consideration.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Michael J. VanHassel
