Breaker Stadium was rebuilt with local taxpayer monies (Measure D) with the promise of accessibility for the local residents. Current usage by non-local groups has effectively destroyed this promise. We are asking the P.G.U.S.D. to limit outside use to a maximum of 4 hours on Sat./Sun and Holidays and at no time will the lights be turned on for said outside use.

The President has called upon Congress many times to pass the Jobs Bill. They won't. Instead they make over 30 attempts to repeal Health Care Reform, and Romney blames the president for not creating jobs. Democrats should agitate in the same way with The Jobs Bill. We call upon Democrats in Congress to PUSH President Obama's job bill and get it passed.

It is documented by clinical psychologists that anyone experiencing job lost for more than 6 weeks starts to foster feelings of despair, bitterness, anger and resentment. To date, the average length of unemployment is currently between 37-39 weeks coupled with the fact that the 21st Century Job Seeker(s) and employee(s) have lost either homes, families, savings, identities and trust in leadership, makes for a highly unstable workforce and reasonably so. Let’s send a message of solidarity, hope, support and unity to every worker and job seeker within the 21st Century workforce. There are at least a million Deaf or hard of hearing people in the United States. All of these people require captions, subtitles, or a transcript in order to understand any online video (digitally-recorded) content that is distributed. MoveOn.org therefore excludes a significant Deaf and hard of hearing population each and every time MoveOn.org posts a video without captions, subtitles, or a transcript. Deaf and hard of hearing activists (and there are many) are repeatedly excluded from understanding the content of videos, and therefore, cannot share them or participate in any form of political action involving social networking/sharing of videos. There are a couple of issues within New York City’s affordable housing market. The first issue is the rent guidelines applicants are governed by, next is that the affordable housing market marginalizes families outside of many locations within NYC, and is increasing the amount of homeless people in New York City, as a result of high rent costs. The rent guidelines disenfranchise many individuals and families in the process. Municipal city workers receive five percent preference for these affordable units, and are not able to utilize it because they usually do not qualify.

I read many stories about Monsanto levying charges on farmers for growing GMO crops because the wind blew pollen from a neighbor on their crop. The opposit is true, Monsanto is Trespassing on other property with their polluting GMO pollen and their investigators examining crops on land they were not invited to trespass on. Monsanto should pay surrounding farmers for trespassing violation and polluting their crops!

I petition the State of North Carolina to legalize medical marijuana use under a doctors care for PTSD,Pain,tumors and more. I am disabled with fatigue and pain from severe fibromyalgia. I ran two businesses in NC before I was struck down. Pain pills do not work well for me yet Medical Marijuana use has given a part of my life back. I think the country needs an instant phone or computer based referendum system so the PEOPLE can be heard. If people trust their life savings & other important info with just a login & password surely they can trust their vote with the same security protocols.

Bank of America has been transferring many home mortgages to various servicing agencies, e.g. Greentree, with accounts delinquent on the payments (which the customers have made) to taxes, etc and escrow accounts in deficit balance. They also keep sending the customers the last mortgage statement which the customers pay but Bank of America does not transfer to Greentree Greentree is asking the customers to pay the deficit. that Bank of America has left behind.
