When "religious" organizations such as the American Family Association solicit donations they are tax deductible. Yet the AFA blatantly supports Republican causes and events and directly makes anti-Obama statements.

Reversing the unraveling of oversights on banking and bankers.

After the Supreme Court reaffirmed the ACA as constitutional, many have come to the rationalization that the ACA would only cover 30 million new people. Twenty-Six states petitioned the Supreme Court to not cover the additional people and were given to choice to refuse to cover them. We also will have no cost controls to the ACA as republicans had all of them stripped out during the healthcare debate as they told fear-based lies of death panels. Costs will skyrocket to recoup their losses. Medicare For All is the answer. Nearly 75% of all americans like Medicare and know it works plus it keeps costs down. If the insurance companies and the pharmacutical industry control the debate, we will never cover everyone. We must force both parties to do the right thing and stop ignoring the problem. It will take all people regardless of party to ignore the lies, threats, and fear-mongering that will surely come to distract from the issue.

Bank of America and Many other Banks prevented certian people from refinancing or modifying there mortgages in 2007 when the Economy dumped, due to the irresponsible and Criminal Acts of Certain Large Banks. Instead they took our Bad Notes and Mortgages, which they Knew were BAD.. and sold them and sold them and made Billions of dollars off of us!

Justice Thomas would be removed from any lower court bench because of the conflict of interest created when he ruled on the Affordable Care Act while his wife received hundreds of thousands of dollars from a group which mounted an active campaign against the health care act. Justice Thomas has violated his oath of office, the cannons of ethics of the Bar Association of Washington DC in that he did not disclose that his wife was working for a conservative think tank and a conservative 501c(4) group which opposed the ACA. In addition, he filed incomplete and false Financial Disclosure Forms to keep litigants who had cases pending before the Supreme Court from having information that could be used to disqualify him from hearing those cases. He did so knowing that his family would benefit financially from his decisions. His spouse has received a reported $1.4 million from clients who also had matters pending before the US Supreme Court.

Too many people over the age of 50 have school loans in which they cannot pay back and President O'Bama failed to include in the last round of student loan forgiveness. Too many of us, such as myself, have student loans that keep us from dealing with pressing health issues and affording basics. We tried to pay the loans back but somehow we got notified that we are "default" and if the loans keep up with their demands, I and others will not be able to ever retire because they will garnish our Social Security checks as well. I and others already live in poverty, living paycheck to paycheck.

Campaign reform should be instituted to severely restrict donations from corporate entities and the wealthy. In order to return the government to the will of the people, reasonable and appropriate financing of political campaigns should be accomplished primarily through the government and be borne by the taxpayers. A very limited donation from private individuals, (not business entities) should be allowed but limited to $1,000. per person maximum.

Dear Sir or Madame, My name is Aida crosby, and I am a member if the Santa Clara County Mental Health Board. I have a child, 12, with autism. For the past 8 years, Our child and our family have been subject to severe discrimination at the hands of public schools, church members, and private individuals. We have been trying very hard for the last five years to bring awareness to our church, county, city, neighborhood, and street of the need for individuals and institutions to meet the needs of families and individuals with autism. To our surprise, we find both lethargy and uncaring behavior from neurotypicals, and understanding and support by many, but they still have no clue or understanding with autism behaviors, social inadequacy, and mental disability when it is their turn to understand, help and accept. As a results I became a member of the Santa Clara County Mental Health Board, only to discover that autism is not even considered a mental disability. My family and I have been receiving anonymous hurtful, slandered letters, and attacked publicly in you tube, from our in inmidiate neighbors just because I have stand up to them asking to help me make the neighborhood safe from anything that can cause injuries to our autistic child. My oldest,15, is now suffering severe health problems as a result of their bulling, and verbal Abuse. Please help me, I feel this is an important stepping stone to bring up changes to benefit autistic individuals and their families. The bulling from adults, and private individuals must stop. The lack of legal help must stop...the only way we can get services for our kids is thru lawyers...and many children and individuals are being left behind, ignored, abused, uneducated, and families are in the brink of suicide, or destruction of the family. Stop financing lawyers and demand states to require all finance documentation in child support cases. No more hiding incomes, tax files or salary information. It is your child you are hurting and hiding income from. It should not be a laborious ordeal to REQUIRE all finances to be submitted in the initial request for child support.
