Our erstwhile representatives, in all of their glory, found it in their hearts to exempt Southeastern PA from the hardships of drilling and yet continue to rape the land of both Northeastern ans Southwestern PA. what makes SEPA so special? Isn't the heatlth and welfare of the rest of the state just as important? Aren't our environment and watersheds worth protecting? Apparently NOT!!!

Population growth, sprawl, and outdated water infrastructure are all contributing to the decline of the Great Bay estuary, pushing it towards a tipping point. Nitrogen pollution levels have increased dramatically, leading to the loss of eelgrass – a critical habitat for fish and other marine species- within the estuary. The mission of Rescue Great Bay is to work together to advance and foster public support for meaningful and immediate regulatory actions and sound management of the Great Bay estuary and associated marine resources consistent with the Clean Water Act and other environmental laws.

My son Flint Farmer was gunned down and killed by a Chicago Police Officer while he was lying on his stomach. This officer of the law has still not been arrested, and it's been over a year. Also, this incident was caught on video by the officer's own police car dash cam. And in the police report, the police ruled this as a justifiable homocide. We need someone other than the police to police the police!

Harrison Street is being considered by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission as a possible "Historical District." While I appreciate the ideals that the commission stands for, as one of many middle and working class homeowners in this area, this move would be a great financial burden. A resident of this block asked for two quotes during a recent home improvement. When he had siding put up he was told regular siding would cost $45,000. The Historic approved siding would cost $120,000! As a young homeowner with a 2-year-old child $45,000 would be hard enough. The latter price would be near impossible! We have kept this area stable and within the spirit of neighborhood without this NYC-initiated move. We homeowners wish it to remain this way. Let individual homeowners decide to apply for historic value for their own homes. Leave the fate of their property in their capable hands. We need your help! We constituents are calling upon you now to speak out on our behalf!

There are some people who are working hard to ban Fireworks in Utah. Sign this petition to keep Fireworks and Aerial Fireworks a like legal! Let's keep America's greatest tradition Strong! Share this with all your friends let's make our voices heard! Some want to ban fireworks because of the fires. Most of these fires aren't caused by Fireworks. I believe Fireworks do more good than bad. Sure we'll have a few dry seasons, but banning fireworks isn't the solution. Education and some common sense is a better approach, than banning them all together. Other people want to ban fireworks because they feel it is annoying - Banning fireworks for this reason is the wrong approach.

The only way to restore a balanced budget; bring home the troops and end the useless killings--stop funding G.W. Bush's mistakes.

So much political advertising is misleading or outright false. Congress needs to clean up the lies and give us only the truth. The Supreme Court seems to think lying is protected speech, but political advertising must be truthful.

Tell Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda to permanently close all four nuclear reactors involved in the nuclear disaster. The Japanese people want the reactor site shut down but the Prime Minister will not listen to the thousands of protestors. The radioactive contamination has not been cleaned up and the facility is not safe to operate!

The Supreme Court has affirmed the Constitutionality and legitimacy of the Affordable Care Act. Republicans have been derisively referring to it as Obamacare. Ask your Member of Congress and Senators to refer to it as ObamaCares. We can throw the G-NO-P's ridicule in their faces and give a one-word characterization to the proper value of this law.
