I, like many working class Americans, have struggled for decades to maintain affordable health insurance. We have a "catastrophic" plan known in the industry as a "high deductible plan" We realize if we have to use the plan we'll have to borrow against our home or sell off some property.

On June 28, 2012, Governor Dave Heineman promised to block any effort to expand Nebraska's Medicaid program under the Affordable Care Act. He said they need to "study this." The truth is the Medicaid expansion in the Affordable Care Act is FULLY funded for the first three budget years! Most of the costs don't even kick in until 2020, and the federal government will cover 90% of the cost then and beyond. Why should Nebraskans continue to suffer without help from a doctor while Gov. Heineman drags his feet? We need to tell him to implement the expansion NOW, and he can study it later... when it is no cost to the state.

OBAMACARE FOR ALL WHO ARE ELIGIBLE.

No reason for anyone to sign it--I think it is essential for the Democratic Party to use a lot of Old Folks to mobilize Democratic Voters and convert Republicans by reminding them how the Republican Party has harmed our country in 8 years of Bush-Cheney and by refusing to do their legislative work in Congress in the last three years.

Evidence continues to mount that the earth is warming: oceans are rising, icecaps and glaciers are melting, and severe weather related conditions continue. All these things are happening at a rate more quickly than most scientists had expected. Nature is warning us we cannot continue to delay action.

Why is it so hard for you all to not want to sign the healthcare bill. It is good for the people, help us all to have affordable health care. Mr. Bentley please sign the bill for all of us.

To insure the Affordable Care Act is implemented in Utah. Affordable healthcare is so people do not have to go bankrupt because of a family members stage I through IV cancer diagnosis or because their first baby was born premature, so that a growing family can afford their little girl's medication after her kidney transplant at the age of 6.

Our representatives spend much of their time fund raising to enable them to stay in office. Long term congressional people are subservient to lobbyists' money, not the good of the country. The constitution did not envision career politicians!
