The sparsely populated state of North Dakota has had a very successful State-owned bank for decades. Their loans are made to small companies and individuals in the state. Their profits by lending out money stay in the state. I'd like to see all 50 states give it a try. The too-big-to-fail banks, incorporated in Delaware or Nevada, might actually fail to keep their strangle-hold on the American people.

We have borrowed money against our fellow citizens to pay for education, and now we wish to honor our promises to repay our debts. College educations increase graduates' lifetime incomes significantly. We have benefitted from our loans we want to repay them as promised. Our nation is already in debt and does not need to offer handouts to the well educated, nor should it encourage people to expect forgiveness for uncomfortable obligations.

Chief Justice John Roberts put aside his own personal values to issue his opinion on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. By doing so, he restored some confidence in the Supreme Court's ability to act with impartiality. Thank Chief Justice Roberts for standing up for the constitution despite knowing he would face much anger for doing so.

Home owners of Manufactured Homes cannot finance or re-finance their homes. This is discrimination against over 20 million people in the USA. Manufactured homes are on a foundation, just like stick homes throughout America. Yet, the banks and lending institutions will not help us. This is discrimination!

There are some home owners who have been trying to get loan modifications for the last five to seven years. The Banks need to clean the slate, really reduce interest rates, reduce the debt on the home to accommodate the current owner, especially when the banks are willing to sell it at a loss. They are turning us into a nation of renters owned by a few. Landlords do not spend money on improvements and upgrades, homeowners do thus demand for landscaping, painting, siding, garden supplies, add-ones, hot tubs, upgrades, appliances, garage doors with openers, and pride of ownership. These are real jobs that pay with real money.

I have been receiving emails from a person,who does not think an individual should live up to his/her obligations and pay back their student loans. It is a legal transaction that has given them an education and given them an opportunity for a rewarding career. They are part of the population that owes the government over a trillion dollars. Why should this be forgiven while others have paid their student loan debt?

All speech is not free. We can cross the line into Defamation of Character,orLiable and be sued. We can exercise our freedom of speech at 3AM with lights blinking and a megaphone, and be arrested for disturbing the peace, we cannot yell fire in a crowded place or risk being arrested for inciting a riot, Thus we must treat the obscene amounts in Campaigns as we do other extremes with a law.

In the recent decision regarding constitutionality of AHCA, Justice Thomas revealed , not only his incompetence, which has been apparent for many years, but his blatant lack of integrity. Although his wife is a paid lobbyist for the health insurance industry and was paid over $1.5 million, he refused to recuse himself on this issue, something other justices routinely do.

The economy needs a stimulus. We need to enable the retirement of older workers to free up more jobs. We need to give our American workers an even chance to compete with foreign workers. We need to relieve the debt on our young people so they can buy homes. We need to relieve the tax and healthcare burden on companies wanting to hire American employees.

Our politicians lie to us so often there are daily comedy monologues exposing them. I am absolutely fed up with powerful elected politicians playing fast and loose with the truth. It is time to call them to account. The first step to serving this great country is honest communication. With honest information, America can begin solving our problems, and stop laughing at our elected officials.
