Florida has been unconstitutionally changed form a" Right to Work" State, which PROHIBITS MANDATORY UNION MEMEBERSHIP, to that of a misquoted "AT WILL" State. .......Which means an employee can be fired or "let go " without any cause or warning ! Not legal, yet now a standard for employment in the public and private sector. It's time for a positive change to return the civil rights for working Men & Woman of Broward County of the Broward Clerks Office and private corporations !

This is a call to Florida Governor Rick Scott and Florida's State Legislature to propose legislation calling for Medicaid monies to follow the patients and NOT the patients following the monies,often times institutionalizing American Citizens to Long term nursing facilities and Assisted living facilities which is a clear violation of the American Disabilities Act.We would ask for monies to follow the patient allowing for home care in the community in a non institutionalized setting and programs to assist with the transition(Emergency rental assistance with Security deposits for Housing,Disabled rental assitance,Utility deposits and payments).Florida Needs to take care of its most vounerable citizens.

The members of the Supreme Court who voted for Citizens United have facilitated the bribery of our elected officials by giving corporations the right to give unlimited money to their campaigns. Bribery being a specific ground for impeachment in the Constitution, that charge stands against those five justices. Therefore we, the undersigned call upon the House of Representatives to impeach those five justices, and the Senate to find them guilty.

CEO's of non profits should not make more than 4x the average salary of their workforce. This is light of their taking of public monies to fund their organizations. This includes hospitals and nursing homes who use medicaid as one of their funding sources. It's not fair that they will cut people in their organization to keep their own overblown salaries.

There are many of us older people and people with disabilities who have vision problems. I have found that I cannot read or even see very well with florescent lighting and it gives me headaches. I think it was unfair of the government to go ahead and attempt to eliminate incandescent bulbs without adequate input from we the people. The "reason" given was to cut energy and waste...these blurosent bulbs are environmentally hazardous

We need to return to talk between the Democrats and the Republicans, debates, give on both sides. The action of the White House and the Democrats attempt to get a bill through that would creste jobs, help this country into the future, is being stopped for no particular reason by the Republicans. While we are at it, why can't we have "real" filibusters.

Recently, Florida Governor Rick Scott ordered the Secretary of State, Kurt Browning, “to identify and remove non-U.S. citizens from the voter rolls.” In the process a list of 182,000 people was generated, and was considered so flawed by Mr. Browning and others, that Mr. Browning wrote a formal refusal to release the data to county election officials; subsequently, Mr. Browning resigned in February. Using a "known to be flawed" data-set, Governor Scott initiated a purge -- commencing with approximately 2600 voters. This purge has resulted in a serious disenfranchising of clearly eligible America Voters in a criminally negligent fashion, and must cease and desist without delay.
