• TRUTH IN THE FEDERAL SERVICE
As a former federal employee I know for a fact that everyday federal employees are required to tell the truth at all times and are bound to do so by both statute and regulation. If a federal employee gets caught telling lies for any reason in the process of accomplishing their duties, they can be reprimanded, disciplined, or removed from the federal service. Members of Congress are federal employees. I have heard many of them tell so many bold faced lies that it amazes me that they are able to maintain a clearance and keep their federal job. Someone should institute a law or enforce the law already in place that requires Fed. employees to tell the truth at all times. If members of Congress lie to the people they were elected to serve, they shall be removed from the federal service.

  • Oppose the Student Loan Forgiveness Act of 2012
"...bankruptcy only has negative effects on an economy when it occurs en masse." -Joseph Nicholson This proposed legislation for debt forgiveness follows a similar vein of bankruptcy. If it occurs en masse, the U.S. economy will be damaged.

  • County Commissioners: Convene a Photo ID Task Force in Bucks County by May 15, 2012
Pennsylvania's new Photo ID law will likely lead to voters being unable to cast their vote in November 2012. The Bucks County Commissioners have a chance to work with community groups to educate as many Bucks County residents as possible, ensuring an honest, efficient and uniform election. We are asking the County Commissioners to convene a Photo ID Task Force by May 15, 2012 to educate the general public about the new Photo ID law and facilitate the gathering of necessary documents. The Task Force must include representatives of the most vulnerable communities in Bucks County and must operate transparently.

  • Legalize Marijuana
We constantly hear about the huge expenditures by our government to fight “the war on drugs”. We hear about violent behavior by drug users and drug cartels. We know those drug cartels rake in billions of dollars. Much of that money could provide tax relief for us if we legalize marijuana.

  • Limit Terms
Limit terms for Congress and Supreme Court. Congress should be elected as the President is: every 4 years and a 2-term limit. Benefits are exhausted after there seat is vacated. Congress should have to pay for their healthcare as every American pays. In order to hold any of these elected offices--the majority holding office can afford their own health benefits. The American Public is footing that bill called:Socialism--- all the while not being able to have their own health care? We would all gladly pay for a household of 4 or more a premium of $50-100.00 a month for full coverage!!! Cut out all the insider trading and loopholes for tax evasion of these crooks---need I say more?

  • Tenant's Rigious Rights
A tenant, Barbara Candrel is being told she can not have a Mezzuzah on her door frame. She lives in a condominium in A condominium in Stratford, Connecticut. The other tenants can hang religious symbols on their doors but the council says you csn't hang anything on a door frame. The co commandment says you must hang a Mezzuzah on the door frame and not the door. This is definitely a denial of religious freedom. They threaten to fine her $50 a day till it is taken down.

  • Terms for Supreme Court Justices
Once appointed, and in the absence of wrongdoing, Supreme Court Justices can serve for the rest of their lives. Their terms can run 30, 40 or even 50 years. The demographics and the culture of the United States changes so rapidly, and the Justices' ideas are often out of synch with the country's culture. There should be a limit on the number of years a Supreme Court Justice can serve
