WFNC! Drop Rush Limbaugh For Good! The issues facing our country are serious and we cannot afford Rush's constant appeal to "thought destroying emotional words" and to his narrow mind in which he cannot see valuable ideas in what he opposes. He speaks of family values but shows no respect for authorities.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Al Peuster LPC. LMFT,M.Div

Protect spiritually and historically significant sites threatened by the planned route of the Key...The Keystone XL pipleline is projected to run through 71 historically and/or spiritual archaeological sites important to the cultures of many First Nation people. 22 structures are threatened. Yet the voice of these people has been largely ignored, despite the many cases of cancer- even rare forms of cancer- which have been the result of tar sand mines in Canada. Numerous other ecological concerns have been raised, yet President Obama recently announced his support for the construction. This pipeline is something which threatens the remaining pieces of the heritage of America's original inhabitants, people whose ancestors lived here long before the Founding Fathers. Not only that, it threatens the integrity of our rapidly shrinking natural environment, including the 'spirit bears'- black bears born with white fur- and many other ecological factors.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Tatiana Sprock

US Congress and President: Fix Indefinite Detention in the NDAA 2012When Congress passed the Defense spending bill (NDAA) in December they took away our Constitutional rights to due process, a lawyer and jury trial. Section 1021 says that people including US citizens, can be detained indefinitely by the US Military and, according to US Attorney General Eric Holder, even killed without a trial to prove their guilt. They can also be tried by a Military Commission (fewer rights) or sent into custody of foreign governments. Though these provisions may have been intended to protect our Homeland security, they are contrary to Constitutionally granted 5th and 6th Amendment rights and therefore unacceptable. Words describing the "offensive acts" are far-reaching and vague raising fear of use of this law to suppress Constitutional rights of free speech and assembly as people protest and speak in opposition to Government actions and policies. Tell US Congress and the President to Fix the NDAA 2012 and eliminate indefinite detention and the parts that violate our Constitutional rights.
