Simple: If drugs/paraphernalia products are illegal then why allow stores to move in and setup a crime institution right in the middle of our community ? If a person wants to buy or sell drug paraphernalia that's thier business but it makes it our problem. If selling drug paraphernalia is going to be deemed legal then we need to leagalize the drugs. SB9 is a Bill that questions whether or not Juveniles should be given life sentences. I have a younger brother who was sentenced to life in prison at age 16, for a crime he was persuaded to be a part of by an ADULT. This very adult turned "states evidence" against my little brother, and got completely off, while my brother got life in prison. To me, a life sentence is very much life a death sentence. This incident was my brothers 1ST and ONLY involvement in any crime in his young life, but the rest of his life was taken away from him with no opportunity to learn his lesson and rejoin society to prove his rehabilitation. In all the history of judgments passed down on criminals, we have seen MANY GROWN MEN with extensive criminal history, who have even committed MURDER get released by into society....why shouldn't a CHILD be afforded the same opportunities in life?

Due to the debilitating nature of the disease, particularly in its chronic form, people are often forced into long periods of leave from work or school; causing financial burdens on Lyme victims, their employers, and taxpayers. Because the disease becomes harder to treat the longer it is allowed to progress, more effective diagnosis will yield shorter treatment times, and lower costs to all involved parties. It is our hope that the creation of a Task Force in New York State will result in significant progress in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.

Bobby Jindal canceled Medicaid funded therapy. I have an autistic 8 year old who needs it. There are many children suffering from this decision! If the medicaid funded therapy is brought back many children and their families will be helped!

Men have no protection against Women that get pregnant and keep the children a secret! I hope we can get enough signatures to change this law to give Men more rights!

The California state attorney general said we have a $25 billion dollar settlement with the banks. President Obama put out the HAMP plan. Yet, most of us, including me, is getting our loans modified. The banks are doing whatever they want because they can. The government needs to make a moratorium on foreclosures now, take over the loan modification process completely, and get the relief to all of the homeowners, including you and me, that was promised, but for most of us, never delivered.

When will justice be served? Or are we to continue as if we are in the early 1800s?
