It is time to bring attention to the prime sources of global warming. Manufacturing solar/wind generation in the USA will aid our economy. These jobs could be in fossil fuel processing states to compensate for lost incomes.

Although the 1968 Fair Housing Act has helped reverse wrongful housing practices, Dr. Carson and HUD appear to be helping history repeat itself with their unfair housing policies. Not only are the policies unfair, but they will create greater housing disparities and an eviction crisis among the poor. If Secretary Carson has not done so already, I implore him to establish an advisory committee of public servants/Social Workers and other social service agencies to explore holistic,family centered, and empowering approaches to his housing policies. As Social Workers and gatekeepers of our communities, we are in a better position to offer innovative approaches to addressing issues of housing.

I believe in the individual's right of choice regarding abortion, and laws like the one recently passed in Alabama spit in the face of these ideals.

People who work around the construction sites are suffering daily from what is now becoming chronic respiratory and autoimmune diseases. My loved ones and friends have developed severe, chronic coughs, bronchitis, and other upper respiratory disorders since the construction started. I have suffered migraines, severe allergies, and arthritic pain. We need an alternative work environment until the construction is over. Working remotely would solve the problem.

We need Medicare for All Americans. Senators Udall and Heinrich are co-sponsors of the matching Senate bill 1129. We need to let Xochitl know we want her to co-sponsor HR 1384 Medicare for All Act 2019.

As someone who enjoys gushers, I think it's fairly simple to understand why they're so popular. However, given that gushers are a lunchbox favorite around America, and that General Mills is a multimillion dollar corporation, it's quite surprising to find out that they do NOT practice sustainable farming habits to aquire the palm oil which they use for their Fruit Gushers.
