  • THE MUSICIANS COMMISION ACT
AS AN ASPIRING MUSICIAN I AM SICK OF PLAYING SECOND FIDDLE TO CONVICTED FALONS AND AGING ROCK STARS. I AM ALSO SICK OF THE SABATOGING OF MY NAME AND OPPORTUNITY'S AS A MUSICIAN. THE MUSIC BUSINESS IS RUN MORE LIKE THE MAFIA THEN AN INDUSRTRY. FOR THE MUSIC BUSINESS TO CONTINUE TO MAKE MONEY IT HAS TO BE EXCLUSIVE AND NON ACCESABLE ALL OVER AGAIN. ITS THE ONLY REAL WAY TO SAVE IT. WITH THIS PRACTICE IT COULD CREATE FAIR OPPORTUNITY'S THIS PRACTICE WOULD FORCE ALREADY RICH PEOPLE TO STOP WASTING AND BLOWING MONEY ON NONSENSE AND THINKING THE MONEY WILL ALWAYS BE THERE LIMITING THEM TO ONLY ONE TOUR EVERY 2 YEARS. IT PREVENT FURTHER DRUG RELATED DEATHS HAVING MANDATORY DRUG TESTING AND SLOW DOWN THE WHOLE GROUPIE THING. FORICNG ROCK STArs to rethink there actions. besides if football players and baseball players gotta surrender to strict rules musicians should have to as well. making money being a musician should come with a price and has to change. its gone on too long unchecked. WHERE ONLY NATIVE AMERICANS CAN HAVE A FREE REIGN OF THE MUSIC BUSINESS.

  • $18.2 Billion Annually For California Fire Protection
Looking to the future of California Fire Fighting I see that the fire season is lasting longer and even though there are complaints about spending there has never been a truly well funded fire fighting strategy because there is only enough money to barely take care of the ever growing fires which leaves no money to plan ahead for cutting edge systems and technologies, manpower and equipment are barely adequate in the best of times and if you ask Fire Fighting Leaders they would tell you they need more. Enacting a simple accounting change would make the funds available now to get ahead of the fire seasons and protect all California Citizen's homes and businesses.

  • Petition to put all government Representatives on the same health care and retirement plan as the...
Our representatives have stopped doing what is right for the American people. Instead they serve a corporate greed machine that harms instead of benefiting American citizens.

  • Access Restrictions on Chick Street in Quincy
My family and other families with children at play on Chick Street (registered private way) are at increased risk for bodily injury from speeding cars, damage to property/blocked driveways from increased restaurant customer parking, and commercial delivery trucks blocking access from early morning to evening deliveries.

  • Assm Blanca Rubio: Vote "YES" on Net Neutrality Bills!
An internet that's equally available to all is vital for democracy and consumer choice. The FCC just killed Net Neutrality, but California can get it back by passing SB 822 & SB 460 and creating the strongest Net Neutrality laws in the nation. SB 822 & SB 460 work together to stop ISP practices that are currently legal yet constrict consumer free choice and make it harder for everyone's voice to be heard, including nonprofits and grassroots activists. No more fast lanes and slow lanes, access fees just to reach users, self-dealing "zero-rating", and blocking content they don't like. No more playing favorites with some websites and hurting others. SB 822 & SB 460 face their final votes this week. Please sign and share this petition to Assm Blanca Rubio asking her to vote “Yes” without watering them down with amendments!
