COMPLAINT TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT I, (YOUR NAME), a citizen of the United States of America, wish to submit a complaint to the International Criminal Court (ICC) for investigation of “crimes against humanity” against the following United States of America (USA) government officials, knowing that the USA is not a state party to the Rome Statute of the ICC. I file this complaint under the principle of “natural law” inherent in human behavior and human reasoning that governs all human conduct. DEFENDANTS: 1. DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America. 2. JEFFERSON BEAUREGARD SESSIONS, Attorney General of the United States of America 3. KIRSTJEN NIELSEN, Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States of America 4. ALEX M. AZAAR II, Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States of America I accuse the above named defendants with committing “crimes against humanity” in the execution of the “Zero Tolerance Policy” (ZTP) of 2018 separating migrant children from their parents after the latter cross the U.S.-Mexico border seeking asylum from organized criminal violence in their home countries. The families come mostly from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. I. The ZTP was adopted for the sole purpose to deter frightened mothers from bringing their children on the perilous journey to the U.S. border in search of safe harbor. II. The inhumane acts committed by the accused are against the peace and dignity of the United Sates of America and contrary to the safety and security of victims fleeing life-threatening situations at home. i. On or about May 2018, Jefferson Beauregard Sessions announced a “zero-tolerance” policy for illegal entry into the U.S. and directed U.S. attorneys offices in southwest states along the US-Mexico border to prosecute all cases flagged for illegal entry, “to the extent practicable.” ii. On or about June 15, 2018, Homeland Security officials confirmed that 1,995 children were separated from 1,940 adults at the U.S.-Mexico border from April 19 through May 31. HHS officials testified that they were unable to determine what happened with many children. iii. The Secretary of Health and Human Services has overseen the haphazard separation of children from their parents and poorly documented placement in over 100 facilities in 14 or more states around the country. iv. In June 2018, Donald J. Trump made the following inflammatory and false assertion about the families: 1. “Criminals are using children like a "Trojan horse" to get into America and that “people coming in were bringing "death and destruction". v. The head of the American Academy of Pediatrics called the policy "child abuse" and against "everything we stand for as pediatricians". vi. Pediatric and child trauma experts are sounding the alarm that separating migrant children from their parents at the US border can cause serious physical and psychological damage. Therefore, I ask that the ICC undertake an investigation into “crimes against humanity” and that the defendants respond to answer the charges I have made. To bring those who love to play basketball but don’t have a place to play to a place where they can form great friendships and connections they never thought they could, and to shine a light on an issue that is talked about but never acted upon; the fact of how more and more younger people are choosing video games and smartphones over going outside and exercising and having fun with friends to avoid human interaction. Exercise is a reason for academic success also, and it’s fading away in today’s youth. Something as small as a basketball court can change that.

In recent events, a father and daughter both lost their lives at the same intersection many others have. The amount of accidents at this intersection tells me the answer isn’t in the changes that have been made in the past. Stop lights have been put up. Flashing lights warning drivers of the stop lights have been put up. Still lives are lost. Families are destroyed. With an overpass built, this will eliminate the lights. Eliminate vehicles crossing multiple lanes in order to get to their destination.

U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents board Greyhound buses to racially profile and target passengers of color and passengers with accents. This is in blatant violation of the 4th amendment against illegal searches.

We homeowners of Bay Village Lane in Moncks Corner, SC have a maintenance agreement in place. However, we have two parcels on the left and right of the entrance to Bay Village Lane that access our road. These two parcels to the right and left of our entrance cause damage to our road and don't help with maintenance. We feel that if we have our road paved and switched to a public road, this will cause less frustration for homeowners.

The International Red Cross inspects refugee and immigrant detention centers worldwide. We need to request them to inspect the immigrant detention centers including "baby jails" in the United States to asses access to food, water, sanitation, health care and violation of basic human rights.

We know that if parents are sent back to their countries without their chidlren, there will be no way to find them and return their children to them. Parent child relationship is the most sacred of all relationships and no state has a right to sever that for political gain. We must get this out to as many people as possible before any morE parents are deported. NOT ONE MORE PARENT DEPORTED WHOSE CHILD HAS BEEN RIPPED FROM THEM .

GLIDE serves thousands of people in the San Francisco Area. They go to the margins and serve people who often have no other place of refuge. Their Church is one of the most diverse and celebrated in the world. The UMC's decision to strip GLIDE of a pastoral team indefinitely threatens to impact the incredible work, mission, and message of the GLIDE Church and Foundation and is harmful and counterproductive to the UMC. Plastic straws contain BPA (Bisphenol A), which is an industrial chemical that is colorless, and poorly soluble in water. When the fish are exposed to the toxins, they acquire them, then we eat the fish, taking in a much higher and stronger concentration of BPA via bio magnification. Aside from the dangers that this plastic poses to humans, the effects they have on aquatic life is detrimental. The straws are ingested by different species of sea life that then suffocate on the straws and killing the animals.
