Governor Nikki Haley announced Friday that a hacker with an international IP address hacked into state Department of Revenue files containing tax records submitted since 1998. State Law Enforcement Division Director Mark Keel said state officials learned of the problem Oct. 10 although the hacker may have gotten into the files as early as August.

He is purposely misleading voters with these statements in his capacity as the highest elected official in the state of Mississippi. People have been beaten, murdered, and lives ruined to ensure that ALL people can equally vote regardless of status -- equating this right to buying cigarettes or alcohol is not only seriously offensive, it is just plain wrong: voting is a RIGHT, not a privilege. Governor Bryant is encouraging poll workers to violate the voting rights of his state's citizens with such a misleading statement, putting the poll workers in jeopardy for engaging in such illegal acts. We call on Governor Bryant to immediate issue a state retracting these remarks and fully and unequivocally clarify that voters do not have to show photo ID at the polls and the Voter ID law is not in effect for the election on Tues., Nov. 6th. It is well known that all the states that are in peril from Hurricane Sandy are Obama States. This will be an unfair election if these states Citizens can not vote on election day. We are calling to Stay the election until all our Citizens can vote.

I am concerned that holding the election on its current date will disenfranchise millions of voters on the Eastern Seaboard who have been affected by Hurricane Sandy. Hello My name is Melanie and i am disabled.Me and my husband recently rode two days on the greyhound bus.WE WHERE TREATED UNFAIRLY ACCORDING TO THE ADA ACT which states people with disability's will have access to the greyhound bus.Do to a misunderstanding on my behalf due to my mental disability we where denied access to the bus .We have written to the ada office at the greyhound headquarters and also tried to lodge a complaint with no avail .We also wittness another bus driver kick a gentleman off the bus in a wheelchair because they over book and needed more seats.Threw the 2 days we where on the bus we witness verbal abuse to most of the drivers and in my experience i thought the bus driver was going to hit me due to the fact he was screaming at me within inches of my face.We need to stand up to greyhound and let them know that abuse of people with disability's is not excepted and against the law

It's Time to deal with a very serious subject that are children are taking their own lives over! We as parents and legislatures need to do more for our children's safe passage on their ways, to and from school! Children shouldn't have to feel threatened by anyone in the name of trying to go to school, and get an education!
