• Fathers Have Rights Too!
My brother is fighting to protect his rights to see his daughter without interference of the court ordered agreement by his child's mother. She has interfered with the order over 5 (documented) times and still nothing has been done. Why do double standards have to exist in these types of cases? I am concerned that the stereotype of the 'deadbeat dad' has negatively affected my brother's case. Here's a father who is fighting the right way, and has been let down by the very system that's supposed to be fair and just. The Attorneys involved have the opportunity to right the wrongs in this case and many others like it. Let's stop this vicious cycle of pounding on men who are fighting to help raise their children!

  • No drone summary executions without trial
The government has made it a policy to murder persons, including american citizens without trials using drone bombs resulting in thousands of civilian deaths and america losing its standing abroad as a nation that respects due process. This policy should be stopped in favour of using laws and courts.

  • National Voter Suppression Racketeering Charges
My 91 year old friend Catherine may not be able to vote for the first time in her life simply because her drivers license has expired and it is due to the ALEC motivated ,unprecedented Voter Id laws currently being forwarded across our great nation in over 30 states by GOP controlled state governments. This is voter suppression, pure and simple and it is illegal, immoral and totally Un-American.

  • Stop voter suppression in Ohio
People across the United States and in Ohio can barely believe that Republican Secretary of State Jon Husted is considering even more restrictive voter ID rules by reducing the types of IDs accepted at polls. It is happening, and we demand that Husted stop trying to suppress the vote in Ohio by these and other practices.

  • Impeach Florida Governor Rick Scott
A few months ago the Republican led congress voted to hold US Attorney General in contempt of congress for withholding information from Congress. http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/story/2012-06-20/holder-contempt-House-vote/55717644/1 When Attorney General, Democrat Thurbert Baker refused to make advances to block the Affordable Healthcare Act Georgia lawmakers attempted to have him impeached. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/03/25/georgia-attorney-general_n_512970.html Well on a number of occasions Governor Rick Scott has either not cooperated with the Federal government for the betterment of the people of his state or down right refused to comply with Federal legislation. Some of his actions include: Vowing to fight all the stimulus money (although he later used some or all of it). http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/political-animal/2011_06/scott_learns_to_stop_worrying030033.php Rejecting Federal Funds for a High-Speed Rail Line that could have brought thousands of new jobs to Floridians. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/02/17/us/17rail.html?_r=0 Refusing to comply with the Affordable Healthcare Act and turning down millions of dollars in federal grants to create a state-run "exchange" to help consumers compare insurance plans and prices. http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-09-23/news/fl-health-care-presidential-issues-20120918_1_health-care-affordable-care-act-new-law And now he is trying to illegally infringe upon, tamper with or block the legal rights of voters in his state. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ryan-campbell/voter-suppression-in-florida_b_1840793.html

  • Expose Georgia Land Title Fraud
More than 90% of Georgians have a Chain of Title full of defects. Banks, Servicers, Debt Collectors or Attorneys are prohibited by Federal law from Foreclosing on a properties with Chain of Title defects, yet Georgia ignoring these facts, has a notorious reputation and ranked 4th in the Nation in foreclosures. I have personally discovered Robosigned documents recorded against my own property and have reported this fraud to the necessary government agencies.

  • End voter surpression that disenfrancise minorities
Everyone one who is eligible to vote in this country should be allowed to vote. Many have lost their lives in the struggle for equality for all. This extremely partisan effort to restrict certain Americans right to vote only divides our country, and takes us back a hurtful and difficult time. We want to build on those causes that made us better and a more united America

  • Remove hate radio from our Armed Forces Radio
Radio shows that spew hate, bigotry, misogyny, are truly anti-American. They should not be advertised on, or broadcast on Armed Forces Radio. Our young soldiers should not be exposed to that vileness. By broadcasting shows like Rush Limbaugh on our Armed Forces Radio, there is an implied "stamp of approval" for the content, which is the wrong message to send to impressionable young minds. With a reported 19,000 sexual assaults last year in our armed forces, we must do all we can to eliminate the causes of this violent epidemic. Ban this poison from our public airwaves.
