It is proposed herewith that each Bill or Law be presented independent of another to ensure the People's Constitutional Right to vote. This eliminates "riders" that get voted in with an issue or prevent a desired issue from being voted in when riders are strong deterrents, thus interfering with the People's Constitutional Right to vote on every issue independently. This will ensure that each issue gets attention and appropriate response. It is also proposed herewith that each Bill or Law be written in terms most Americans can comprehend (8th grade level comprehension).

This plant, is the single most important plant on the face of the earth. Over 300,000 environmentally safe products can be manufactured from Hemp. You hear a lot about "Going Green" these days... well? what gives? Weed is the GREENEST thing on the PLANET! its MEDICINE! for GODS SAKE people... there isn't a person ALIVE of even average intelligence that will have a debate with me about the legalization of marijuana... PERIOD. Anywhere. Why is this? Its because it doesn't take a genius to figure out that we are MASSACRING this planet with Styrofoam, plastic, and all kinds of prescription chemicals, Rubber, Metal, Fiberglass,Aeosol, ...on and on... all of which could be replaced with GREEN MATERIALS (maybe not aerosol) but that are BIODEGRADABLE... I think that actually the biodegradability of our trash is the single most threatening thing our survival as a species faces. (besides this "Jesus is coming back" delusion) but that’s neither here nor there...) and I say that b/c those people that believe that; are so SURE of it that they are just waiting for the appocolypse and claiming its all been predicted as if they have no control over the fate of our future generations by accepting the fact we've been lied to our whole lives and moving on. (or opening olympic ceremony)(couldn't decide which one was funnier) anyway... the fact is... the reasons given for marijuana prohibition don't make any sense, TO ANYBODY...they never did, they TRULY don't, and they NEVER WILL! its time to end this Tyranny, the American people are supposed to be a FREE people.... where is the remedy in law for people that partake of marijuana for RELIGIOUS reasons? do they not have a constitutional right to celebrate and praise/worship the "God" of their understanding? Furthermore, I can walk into the woods and see a budding female plant, and eat of her fruits...(cooked with food) and have get “High” so? How about this? Who is a government to say that “The Creator” a.k.a “God” or whoever put us here... aliens? (we don't know) (is my point) but how do we know this chemical doesnt serve a SPECIFIC function in the UNIVERSE... I gaurantee you weed was here before WE WERE... so? HOW DARE WE destroy her! Until we figure out what this thing (universe) is; and what its all about... EVERYTHING on this earth is like pieces to the puzzle... and just like any puzzle, if you stick with it long enough and you don't give up looking for the HARD pieces... you with me? It will all come together, and you figure it out.. (as I have done) but whats happening is those chemicals, are MAJOR MAJOR pieces to the puzzle. And if people are denied access to these pieces; they'll never figure it out... and that is the analogy of the mental prison the american people find themselves in. They can't figure out their destiny b/c CRUCIAL pieces of the past and present are being withheld from human conscious... these chemicals found in these illegal plants and fungus are the keys to unlock the parts of your brain needed to be a human BECOMING not a human BEING. Its really deep folks. ..so? how is it that the FEDS passed a bill that was FUNDAMENTALLY unconstitutional to its very core... OH! Yeah! Thats right! Harry anslinger lied to everybody b/c he was a racist bigot and knew he could lock up hundreds of successful african american Jazz musicians. As well as countless hispanics and other poor people... see? He had stock in the prison system probally? Who knows? It used to be against the law NOT to grow hemp.... just think about the implications of that? okay? THATS how important this plant is...and if you don't know that, its b/c you've never researched it...Lastly, the whole "But, People will use it to get HIGH?!?!" thing... :laughs: ... if that's your only argument (which it is) Hey, you need to not sell whip cream (or any aerosol product) you need to get rid of every drop of alcohol on every shelf. no more cough medicine,cigarettes, Synthetic cannabinoids, i.e. "Spice" ...speaking of, lets address that real quick shall we? ...the same Govt that tells us "We don't have the RIGHT to ACCESS a PLANT..." It was created out of, and REMAINS ILLEGAL as just another excuse to keep the impoverished African American Male incarcerated... look at the statistics folks. Not only that, but here is alcohol, we love alcohol right? its our baby! don't take our beer!! ...but see? I suspect that the BEER COMPANIES (among others) have "Lobbied" I.e. paid off congress to keep it illegal b/c those companies know that if nature was accessible again...(in the land of the free) (haha) that beer sales would plum it. so what else would plum it? Part of the reason that we have civil right's legal protections is because historically, different groups of people have been denied those rights at all levels of society based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or national origin. The civil rights of a group of people should not be allowed to be curtailed in any way through the use of popular vote.

My partner and I just filed for Domestic Partnership. The filing fee for male/female couples is $10.00. The fee for same sex couples is $33.00! Here is their reason: "The additional $23.00 fee will be used to develop and support a training curriculum specific to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender domestic abuse support service providers who serve that community in regard to domestic violence, and to provide brochures specific to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender domestic abuse. Brochures developed by the State Department of Public Health will be available upon request from the Secretary of State, as funding allows". Where is this training curriculum? I asked my daughter, who is a lesbian, if she had ever seen any. Of course her answer was no. As these brochures are only available upon request, I think that the additional $23.00 should only apply if you request brochures. As far as I'm concerned, this addtional fee is prejudicial and should be removed. Thank you for signing!

I would like to see a bill passed regarding, traffic tickets being paid upfront before proving a persons innocence. By paying the ticket upfront before a trial, the court only ASSUMES your guilt. Lawmen and women are only human and can easily make mistakes as well as the rest of us.
