The governor of Florida is allowing officials to send out notices to people already registered to vote to prove their citizenship or be dropped from the voter rolls. Names are being illegally removed. This has already taken place in the last 3 Presidential elections. It is an obvious political move by Republicans to prevent Democrats from voting.

Florida has been violating voters rights in Florida . They are influencing the possiblity of qualified citizens to vote in the upcoming Presidencial election. Show that we know what they are doing. Tell them to stop. Take action to protect our rights. these proceedings are eliminating mostly hispanic and black voter right to vote.

This petition concerns business Americans. Most in our lives we dream of opening a business/corporation. Always hoping for the best, however in years of business things happen and after 30 years the most successful business can go bankrupt. Bankruptcy can save most companies if their not to deep. However, if you go bankruptcy on a corporation INC, LLC, etc. you have to hire an attorney whether you have the money or not. America is about freedom, yet these laws stop you from coming back from a slump. The money you owe can very well be paid if you do not have the expense of an attorney. With a corporation you have no voice as an owner when you file. You cannot even reject a motion, which is an easy process, because they passed laws that you have to have an attorney or you just sink. Yes attorney's makes the laws, im going to school for this, however let's change it so you have that option and that freedom

After an Appeals Court ruled that the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional, Senator Boehner said he would fight it and plans to use more than $2,000,000.00 in tax payer dollars to pay for that fight. With our current deficit, we don't need to waste taxpayer dollars to take away the inalienable rights of 1 minority group.

When Cities , States , Counties and courts profit from fines , forfitures and quotos it turns them into Hi-Jackers and Hy-Way men instead of public servants. Hearing about another small child (Joel Morales) here in NY City - hanging himself due to the bullying of fellow students was heart wrenching. (And while I find the poor parenting that "allows" a child to treat another so poorly reprehensible.) I think a more positive approach would be to get Politicians, Pro-Athletes, Movie Stars (the new Spider Man was bullied) to all wear (bright blue - the color of a blue sky) - T-shirts, or hats, or post on their Twitter Feeds etc. - the phrase: "No Bullies" on a single day every year. For the President, Mayor Bloomberg, etc. - to make a National "No Bullies!" day. And for it to be celebrated in all schools. Shame these boys and girls who think this type of abuse is acceptable. Make them conformists and hypocrites at the least. Make their parents think about something other than themselves at least one day a year. In the same country where we can cheer the you-tube video of (Matt) running around a school field 2 times, a small boy in NYC hung himself because he saw no hope! We the adults are who should be ashamed and stand up and do something!

My brother(David P.), a patient at Chester MHC, now for OVER 15 years, is STILL being accused and punished with psychotropic drugs, because of guards and others, ILL behavior. His VIDEO conference, was cancelled, supposedly because the video equipment was broken at Elgin mental hospital. It's supposed to be fixed now, but now, the problem supposedly is, that the 'treatment' team, has to get THEIR schedule in order/coincide with eachothers work schdeule. My brother(since he had a date already scheduled), should be the FIRST, to have his VIDEO conference, but we're concerned that more intentionaly DELAYS are in existance, because we(his family), will NOT allow CMHC, to munipulate us into beliving this time is so needed, when we know that CMHC and this 'treatment' team, is extremely vindictive/retaliatory, concerning families who won't be intimidated by them! ALSO, if you will, please inform any 'HUman Rights' atty., of my number(773-622-2906), for we are STILL seeking counsel to represent him, in a law suit, against CMHC, for the YEARS of ABUSES(including rape) against him. I have, IN MY POSSESSION, MANY medical records/photos of injuries (no fault of his, but by MAINLY guards and a few of the violent inmate/patients), that we have filed complaints against, only for DHS, EFE and the CMHCa dmins., has labeled as 'UNFOUNDED", which can NOT be, because of the injuries he has sustained, because he DEFENDED himself from assaults. We have learned that a few of the culprits, has either 'retired', (which do NOT stop a law suit, as it didn't stop anything concerning JON BURGE) and some are STILL employed by the state of ILLINOIS, at Chester MHC!.
