And with help from the local Housing Board, staff, executive director, project manager, the state prosecutor, local judges and the public defender office to rail road Mr. Boston for running for a position on the city council. He is running against a candidate that has held the seat for the 17 years over time. And is running unopposed. His goal is to tear down the local low income housing project, where Mr. Boston live and sell it to the local developer fordevelopment. Moving hundred of democrats out of the city and their natural birth place.

DLNR is about to pass a ruling that will enable them to make the rule, cite the public, act as their judge, jury, and decide the penalty.They want to police the waters around the Sandbar, board your vessel for search, and impose fines of $5000.00 per incident! Voters in Summit County can expect long lines, confusion about times, and where they can vote during the upcoming early voting period for the 2012 election. That’s because the Summit County Board of Elections is deadlocked on extending hours for early voting and choosing an early voting location that is accessible and convenient for voters. It doesn’t have to be this way though. The Board of Elections can vote again and if one of the Republican members switches their vote, Summit County voters will have more flexibility and accessibility making early voting easy and convenient.

I read many stories about Monsanto levying charges on farmers for growing GMO crops because the wind blew pollen from a neighbor on their crop. The opposit is true, Monsanto is Trespassing on other property with their polluting GMO pollen and their investigators examining crops on land they were not invited to trespass on. Monsanto should pay surrounding farmers for trespassing violation and polluting their crops!

California led the way in including people with disabilities and seniors in all of our communities by requiring that public spaces be physically accessible. Decades before the ADA was adopted, California put disability civil rights into law and regulation. Now, with no new studies – but with lots of pressure by certain business interests – the California Building Standards Commission will vote on a proposal by the new State Architect to reduce decades-old access requirements in a rushed 'emergency' vote this Thursday, July 19th. Tell the CBSC not to push people with disabilities and seniors back into physically segregated conditions.
