Bringing justice to the slaying of Trayvon Martin

People of the United States need this Executive Order repealed because it sets up the precedent for Martial Law in America, and violates the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution. The Order states that the president and his secretaries have the authority to commandeer all U.S. domestic resources, including food and water, as well as seize all energy and transportation infrastructure inside the borders of the United States. The Government can also forcibly draft U.S. citizens into the military and force U.S. citizens to fulfill "labor requirements" for the purposes of "national defense.

Trayvon Martin died because of his skin color. The status quo in America must change. Many other states have similar laws. We must tell our representatives that Florida's so-called "Stand Your Ground" law must be repealed immediately. Please, Stand for Trayvon Martin.

Trayvon Martin's murderer should be behind bars. Please sign this petition so that justice can be served.

On 3/15/2012 the Paradise Valley Unified School District board met in Phoenix, AZ. At that meeting, which was very contentious, they fired beloved principal PV High School principal Cynthia Davis - SIMPLY BECAUSE SHE IS A GAY WOMAN. In a shareholder meeting on March 20th Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz strongly reaffirmed their support for marriage equality when interrogated by the anti-gay organization NOM. Rebuffing threats of boycott Schultz announced that since announcing support for equality Starbucks has not lost consumer support. His honesty and show of humanity is rare in corporations today and should be applauded.

Too many lives have been taken by the Police and there is no accountability for their actions. We the people must be advocates for those whose lives were taken without any regard of their Civil or Human Rights. Let's make an Appeal to the U.S. Justice Dept. to investigate the Actions of the District Attorney's Office, and the Local Police Departments.

Every year over 10,000 hard working Americans lose their jobs over inaccurate, improper and false drug test results. Every year we spend Billions of dollars on testing people without cause. This illegal search is being used, instead of judging peoples performance on the job. It is time the myriad of Drug Tests that everyday ordinary citizens are being subjected to on a constant basis in this "free" country comes to an end. It is time to end the illegal search and seizure, the religious and racial discrimination, and terrible stigma that is pre-employment random and suspicion-less drug testing. Wouldn't you agree??
