Since October 2006, my daughter and I have asked countless political, medical, and media sources, "How does two happy healthy children end up in a system for abused and neglected children?" The reason we continue to ask is relative to my grandchildren, Sandoria and Damaud Martin. They were abducted by Maryland state representatives, illegally committed to the Baltimore City Foster Care program, and violated pass human understanding. The children were exposed to sexual deviancy, experimental surgeries, pharmaceutical research, brutal beatings, teeth extractions, heat and chemical burns, and sadistic psychological methodologies. Once two happy healthy children–Damaud is now brain damaged and blind; Sandoria is diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. My daughter, Tamekia Martin, was detained, questioned, and cleared of abuse and neglect; yet convicted for hurting her son. The Department of Social Services conveyed to the courts that my grandchildren should remain in foster care because I purchased a birthday cake for my granddaughter. Accountability and justice serves the betterment of humanity. We are requesting accountability and justice.

Following the offensive tweet made by a KitchenAid employee which read: "Obamas gma even knew it was going 2 b bad! 'She died 3 days b4 he became president" An apology was issues and the only action taken was to say "It was carelessly sent in error by a member of our Twitter team who, needless to say, won't be tweeting for us anymore." This person needs to be terminated, there is far too much of this sort of hatred out there for a well known and respected company like KitchenAid to continue to knowingly employ such a person.

We rely on CNN for unbiased reporting in an environment where a good chunk of Americans are influenced by faux-news organizations such as Fox News. Erin Burnett was hired among a group of other extreme right-wingers by Ken Jautz, the promoter who gave ubernut Glenn Beck his first TV show and who has caused CNN's ratings to suffer as more and more get sick of the biased reporting. Erin Burnett seems to be auditioning for Fox News and has been notoriously biased in her coverage in a way that damages CNN's reputation of being fair. Her quotes are now featured in RNC attack ads against Democrats. She acknowledged that Vice Presidential candidate Ryan's speech was full of lies, but proceeded to praise him as "precise, clear and passionate." (http://www.mediaite.com/tv/cnn-utterly-fails-at-calling-paul-ryan-a-liar-or-caring-that-he-is-one/) She repeatedly argued that Romney's "charity" giving should be considered equivalent to a tax payment in calculating his rate. She attacked "Occupy Wall Street" protestors in a malicious manner. As Cenk of "Young Turks" noted, "There isn't a Republican talking point that Erin Burnett didn't want to make out with."

Former governor Romney and his beliefs are the antithisus of what has happened economically in this country. Chasing the almighty dollar at the expense of the working millions that form the core of our nation cannot continue as can the canabalizing of American industry by exporting jobs to other countries. As educators we have been charged with creating the workforce for the 21st century, but to what end. We can prepare them, but if there are no careers out there for them to pursue, what is the point.

Just because my facebook friends and I "like" a product should not give facebook express permission as a product endorsement. We should be paid endorsement royalties if our names are to be used to endorse any products.

This country's founding fathers knew the necessity of the principal of separation of church and state. Put simply, this means that religious groups, churches and non-profit organizations do not have the right to verbally, and actively support a political candidate or party. The Murdoch family should not be allowed to profit at the expense of a family's loss of a child. Any American citizen or any individual with a moral conscious should do everything possible to constantly remind those around them that Murdoch's British news tabloid, News International, willfully and shamelessly used illegally obtained voice mails of murdered teenager Milly Dowler and others for personal profit.

We are fighting to save our home, we have been ignored by the person that is assigned to us, which are called perservation specialists. You call and get to talk to everyone but her. We leave messages which are never returned. The answering machine tells you that you will receive a call back in 24-48 hours. Which we have never received, not even when a message is left for the supervisor who is over this person. We need help as our home is now in foreclosure with no sale date yet! Our mortgage is with ASC (American Servicing Company) which is a part of Wells Fargo. My husband has been ill, on and off work for sometime. The overtime that he use to get is not there anymore. Will you please help us try and get someone to help us in this endeavor. We cannot afford to lose our home, we are seniors just trying to make it. We have done everything that we were asked to do, in order to make this happen.
