This petition is about the use or non use of taxpayers dollars being used wisely by Mississippi County Commissioners. It affects all in many ways. Our safety, the protection of loved ones, our property. Protection is important to us!!!

Religious institutions and persons do not pay taxes. I am an Atheist and do not receive tax exemptions for my beliefs. Taxing religion and their property would eliminate the national debt and be more fair to the middle class.

I'm an associate pastor in a church in Missouri. I work with a faith-based coalition "Missouri Faith Voices." We are grieved at the outrageous payday lending practices in Missouri. Legally, a person can be charged 1995% interest for a payday loan. The average APR for payday loans in MO is 450%. We have tried to get our legislature to set new limits (36%) as Congress did for military personnel. They have ignored our requests. It's time to do something!

Petition is about pre-Obama economic excess and deregulation that created a huge recession and loss of jobs, plus since Obama was elected, Republicans stopping Obama and Democrat legislation to stimulate the economy and create jobs.

I worked for a health care company and at the time of hire they misrepresented my wage and their were other ambiguities with the offer letter. When I became aware of the misrepresentation I followed the channels of communication to rectify the issue and was told they made a numerical error and the issue wasn't rectified. I didn't believe it was fair. I emailed the next person to try to make an appointment to discuss the matter and was terminated because the stated I didn't follow the channels of communication. Due to At Will employment laws I believe other people have, can, and will lose their jobs for situations like this.

I'm calling for a stand to help those who are in debt from Student Loans. I am college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. I was lucky enough to find a decent paying after college. However, between the amount I have to pay for my monthly student loan payments and my other bills, I don't have much of my paycheck left. Currently, I am living with family because I cannot afford a place of my own because of my student loan payments. I have added up my total expenses and have found that if I didn't have taxes taken out of my paycheck that I would be able to afford a place of my own. Given the situation of the economy and seeing as how the government has made very little effort to help those who are struggling because of their student debt, I feel that the people who have finished their higher education should be exempt from paying both Federal and State taxes until their loans are paid off.

The state of Ohio does not offer grants to start up a small business only loans and I think this should change

Why not sell advertising on postage stamps, save the USPS, and keep the stamp rates from going up, up, up. I would just as soon look at the new cars or a soda can as a dead celebrity or a yellow bird.

All over Wyoming we see public support for our troops overseas, but just because their tours of duty might end doesn't mean that the debt owed them by their country ends with them. Nonetheless, our troops are coming home to Wyoming and finding it even harder than non-vets to find jobs, housing and support. We can wave all the banners we want, paste all the bumper stickers we can find, but that doesn't put paychecks in veteran hands or roofs over veteran heads. Recently, Senator John Barrasso voted to block a billion-dollar veterans jobs program, and its time, we in Wyoming, did more to support our troops than bumper stickers and trite reposted pictures on Facebook. Sign the petition today and tell Sen. Barrasso to support our troops with deeds, not words.
