Put price control on gasoline to get the country going again. The month of October control price of gal.. of gas would be $3.00 a gal. including all taxes. The month of November the control price would be $2.00 a gal. of gasoline including all taxes. The month of December and the year 2013 the control price of gal. gasoline would be $1.00 a gal. including all taxes. Stop selling U.S. oil and gasoline to other countries. Price control on gasoline will get the country going again, every one will have more money to spend. There will be no need for tax increases, or tax cuts. This will work where every thing else fails

Show the names of all those that have signed their "pledge" to Grover Norquist instead of their allegance to the American People. We must remove any and all of these members from the U. S. Some time ago I saw a professionally directed stock account. The company that directed this account required a minimum investment of $500,000.00 . About 40% was invested in foreign companies and much of the remaining 60% was in American companies whose main labor force was outside of the US. The Bush Tax Cuts did promote jobs, but these jobs are out of the US and compete with US workers.

On October 21st, the Georgia Pacific plant where I have worked for over 21 years will close for good. The next day, along with 140 of my coworkers, I will find myself without work, without health care, without any prospects for new work. Georgia Pacific has given us no reason for closing the plant and eliminating so many good paying jobs. I am most terrified by the loss of my health insurance – as my wife battles cancer, what are we supposed to do? Go bankrupt right as we prepare for retirement? Stand with me and the 140 other laid-off workers to demand an explanation from Georgia Pacific, and call upon our elected representatives to stand up for us. -- Glenn Jackson

Nothing has hindered my personal financial recovery more than excessive credit card interest rates. I feel that credit card interest is a tax on debt and should be limited.

The impact to our economy by allowing Sequestration to happen at the end of this year. This would effect every American as it would devastate our economy, and add another 1.4 million workers to the unemployment roles.

Now that Corporations are people, and people are small business'(120,000 people who make over 1million a year, some as much as 8 million) can and are called a small business I feel that these are the ones who are influesing our elections the most with their large donations to buy candidates.

The poverty level according to the government has stayed the same. Yet, prices keep going up in groceries, gas, health insurance, medicine, etc.... It is time to raise the poverty level so more people will not have to go hungry, not without clothes, medical help etc.... Who can possibly make it on minimum wage and pay a sitter? These people are also losing their homes and as Americans we need to fight for them and their children. What if it was you?

A Petition to pass a Pay Fairness Act to the U.S. Constitution. The act would simply be a formula to help guarantee a living wage. The act would state that the Highest paid person in a Company only could make a maximum of so many times what the lowest paid person in a company is paid. Similar to current laws in Germany.

Petition John Boehner to release the jobs bills that have been proposed by President Obama and the Democrats to create jobs and improve the infrastructure.
