We were recently involved in an accident with a federal government employee visiting our state. He was found at fault but we have the financial hardship of paying for everything and waiting for the government to reimburse us which will take months. The government vehicles should be subject to the same procedures that occur between two insured motorist.

Think it's time for fine print on legal documents be outlawed..Everything should be said in bold print and in layman language. So, we know what were really signing. The fine print lets businesses get away with a lot of legalities we don't understand.

The reason we should legalize marijuana. Is FIRST IT CAN BE USED MEDICINALLY ALSO IT WILL BOOST THE ECONOMY ALSO IT WILL CUT DOWN ON THE RAPID PILL OVERDOSE EPIDEMIC WE HAVE IN OUR COMMUNITIES

FIRE!!! YES, I said, FIRE!!! Every politition we have. Start all over with people who don't make over $150.000 a year! If you don't beleave in OUR constitution, get the heck out! Charge EVERYONE, the same tax. Flat rate of 15%. Don't care how much you make, it still is 15%. And everyone pays into SS, including polititions. No more LIFETIME BENEFITS!! you do your term, an then go back to your old job.No more loopholes!!! None!!! No more more freebees!! You want to come to AMERICA, Ok pay your dues!! Put PRAYER BACK in schools. ALL schools!! Pledge allegence to THIS country or get the heck out!! I am a middle class CHRISTIAN,AMERICAN, and I endorce this message wholeheartily!!!!

why should we pay congress, when they do not do any work.

We need to end the entitlements that our congress and senate voted for themselves to have. There is no reason for a retirement plan that costs the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars per member. They can be put back into the same program that was designed for the regular citizen, i.e., Social Security. Also end the entitlements of their free insurance programs( tax payer paid). and the tax payer funded car rental program that they also abuse. If we the people are not entitled to what we have paid for for many years of our lives, should they also be entitled to programs that they DID NOT pay funds into? I believe NOT!

I'm convinced based on personal experience, literature review and countless documentaries that substances like alcohol and cigarettes and far away more harmful than marijuana.

In the state of Indiana it is a Class A misdomeanor to possess marijuana in quantities less than approx. 1 oz. This offense carries a maximum penalty of up to 1 year in jail, 2 years probation, and a $1000 fine. However domestic battery in which there is bodily injury sustained by the victim the maximum sentence is the same. This means that possession of 1 gram of marijuana is equal in the eyes of the law to physically battering your spouse or child. Decriminalization would allow for the recreational use of Marijuana to be recorded and tracked without causing extreme ramifications to the user. In this way Marijuana is still illegal but not a criminal offense and would be placed in the category of infractions which also contain such offenses as running a stop sign, speeding, and reckless driving. This would make those people who are not capable of handling the substance to be held accountable. It is not a question of right and wrong but a question of cruel and unusual punishment.

Congress is being overpaid and doing nothing to help the voters. We need to only pay them what they are worth - $50,000 maximum per year.

The current issue with the fiscal cliff and upcoming debt ceiling that needs to be resolved by the White House, Democrats and Republicans is causing major problems on Wall Street. The Federal government has had been extending these issues for years with no final solution. This is bad business for America and the American public deserves not just an another extension but a fair bi-partisan law to fix these problems once and for all. Stop this irresponsible political maneuvering and game playing.

Congress and it's staff members do not get paid or back pay until they come up with a complete answer to the "fiscal cliff"

Maybe I am crazy! But if I did'nt do my job, I would'nt have one. It has taken how long to get nowhere? And how much does he make a year? I can't believe people in this country are'nt outraged. As it is now I have two jobs to try to make ends meet. These people have no idea how the middle class struggles. Time to find other employment Mr. Boehner!!!!!!!
