I recently learned that Speaker Boehner ran an uncontested race and won... I know that others have done the same. Many state races are held by GOP and are uncontested. There is a pattern to that, and I see it as a personal threat, after living in a place where they use manipulation to attempt to disassemble the Federal Government from inside with trickle down and austerity while taking higher saleries and more perks for themselves. States are doing the same, and Human Rights regarding health and labor, and relaxing taxes on wealthy corporations becomes the standard, while The People suffer. Most employees and all part time employees would qualify for federal help if the State hadn't cut the 'federal poverty level' in half by state law. Denying most 'working poor' access to anything. While the corporations running the show laugh all the way to the bank with tax loopholes so large trucks can drive through them. For God's sake, GE (the corporation) pays no taxes. But their employees do. This petition is to call into legal question all politicians who ran uncontested regardless of political office and will be delivered to the Supreme Court, The FBI & CIA, the office of The President and the UN. Once the investigation is done... If it is proven there was legal manipulation was involved. The lawmaker in question will be removed from office and a new election held. An Election where more than one voice is represented. The corrupt official will be stripped of any/all income and or pensions, regardless of how long their seat was held. And they will be barred from ever holding a public office again. If you want to see this become a reality for our Nation, supposedly the greatest democracy on earth. The offices of the Arizona county sheriffs are currently subject to limitless consecutive four year terms. Limitless terms allows these sheriffs to gain an unlimited sense of power, greed, and corruption that leads to the suffering of the citizens in this great state of Arizona.

Optional Jury Duty for Senior Citizens.

The Senate is broken. But still some Democratic Senators are resisting filibuster reform. We need to make sure that all 55 of the Democratic Senators support reforming the filibuster when the new congress convenes.

To ensure that all employees are treated fairly, all company's (public or private) are held to the same standard, and employee wages compensate for the increase in prices of the economy all company's should be mandate to give their employees a 5 % raise every year if they receive a satisfactory employee evaluation. This would be a federal and state mandate and would be based on employee evaluations. If the employee receives anything below fair the company would let the employee go. If they receive a fair then the company would still be mandated to give a raise but a lower percentage determined by the company but no less than 2 %.

Signing this petition is a promise or refusal to vote for any public official that agrees to sign or creates a "pledge" for others to sign. Signing pledges creates an infantile game that politicians are playing instead of voting their conscience or the way the people they represent would like them to vote. This has to stop so that compromise and negotiation can, once again, rule the way our politicians get things done.

This petition is to give the citizens of the US controll, as it really is in life. Our politicians today, act wrecklessly in reguards to our general well being, with no fear of consiquences. They inact and put into law their own wages, pensions and health care (FOR LIFE) as if they have really earned it. Meanwhile, they try and often do pass laws that have an adverce affect on the general population, and it does't affect them because they are immuned, due to their royal status, for life, while the citizens of this country bare the burden.
