• Inspect Immigrant Detention Facilities
The International Red Cross inspects refugee and immigrant detention centers worldwide. We need to request them to inspect the immigrant detention centers including "baby jails" in the United States to asses access to food, water, sanitation, health care and violation of basic human rights.

  • Not one more deportation of parent until children are found
We know that if parents are sent back to their countries without their chidlren, there will be no way to find them and return their children to them. Parent child relationship is the most sacred of all relationships and no state has a right to sever that for political gain. We must get this out to as many people as possible before any morE parents are deported. NOT ONE MORE PARENT DEPORTED WHOSE CHILD HAS BEEN RIPPED FROM THEM .

  • Reunite Immigrant Families IMMEDIATELY
2,300+ children have been taken away from immigrant families at the US border. On June 20th Trump reluctantly signed an executive order reversing a narrow portion of his brutal policy that forcibly separated young children from their parents. However, this executive order has not directed the reunification of the 2,300+ children that have been taken from their parents by our government. Immigration attorneys and advocates and nonprofits such as the Texas “Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES)”, are trying to reunite families individually. Massive amounts of money and time is needed for individual litigation. We as a country should not have to litigate each case individually. This petition DEMANDS that the government return all 2,300+ children to their families IMMEDIATELY. The US government has committed a crime against humanity. The government stole babies, toddlers, and young children from the arms of parents. This includes a woman who was breastfeeding her baby and had the baby physically pulled away from her. The parents often receive NOTHING, not even a slip of paper, when their children are forcibly stolen from them by the US government. The parents have no idea where their children are. Or if they will ever see their children again. These acts are unconscionably cruel and need to be rectified immediately. This policy is immoral, unethical, and must be considered illegal. We must acknowledge the truth of this despicable policy ... these children have been kidnapped. The US government must immediately return the kidnapped children! The government must also pay restitution to the victims for their pain and suffering. PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION and PLEASE forward the petition to all your friends, family and associates.

  • Asylum Seekers are not Criminals
According to the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 14, Asylum Seekers are not criminals. They have rights and we should accord them protections.

  • Ensure the provision of dignified medical and psychological support for detained immigrants at th...
Traumatized people needed attention first as human beings. This is the responsibility of all human beings. The detained immigrants are at risk of illnesses that has potential to spread to others. In this day of international travel, no one is immune from disease outbreak. Mental pressure is suffering the same way as infectious disease. We have to act now as the detainees are counting down on the 20 day window before an undetermined fate.

  • The tax payers should not have to pay for the children detention centers.
This Trump Policy to separate children from their parents was a Donald Trump legislation and supported by his White House, Jeff Sessions, Kirstjen Nielsen, and the GOP. They are the ones who should be paying the bills for this disgusting and immoral policy not the tax payer of this country.

  • Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen must resign.
Secretary Nielsen has abused her power to mistreat refugees and hide girls and babies in an attempt to prevent press coverage of their locations, treatment, and living conditions. Secretary Nielsen has allowed children to be traumatized and abused and done absolutely nothing to stop it, even admitting she has no idea what is happening on her watch. This is a gross abuse of power and an abdication of her responsibilities as head of Homeland Security. There is no excuse, she must resign.

  • Bright Horizons Parents and Teachers Against Zero Tolerance
Bright Horizons is the biggest provider of early childhood education in the world. Its investors include Bain Capital, and it is a huge, publicly traded company. As a parent of a toddler enrolled at a Bright Horizons Center, I know they have world class expertise in early childhood development. I strongly feel that Bright Horizons should take a stand against the forcible separation of parents and children, declaring it to be the torture that it is.

  • Remove Stephen Miller from our government
Stephen Miller has stated that on immigration President Trump "has unlimited powers that will not be questioned" and that the policy of separating families at the border was "a simple decision". Anyone with empathy or any respect for humanity and families can see the impact of this policy on the children and their parents.

  • Hey Advertisers! - Boycott Fox News
Kidnapping in the name of the citizens of this country (as is actively happening at our southern border) cannot go unchallenged. Fox News, rather than telling the truth, actively supports the unconscionable separation of parents and children. This constitutes not only kidnapping when kids are not reunited with parents before they are deported, it is also child endangerment and permanent psychological child abuse. If advertisers do not pull their ads, they then are complicit in this crime against humanity. All people of good conscience are affected by this situation.

  • Kirstjen Nielsen Must Resign for Separating Children from Families
In recent days, members of Congress and the media have exposed the Trump Administration's cruel and inhumane policy to separate children from their parents and detain them in prison-like facilities. The United Nations has said that these policies are abusive. Pediatricians across the country have said that the children being held in cages could suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder for the rest of their lives. Faith leaders across the country have condemned the policies and say they violate scripture and biblical laws. DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen oversaw the implementation of these policies and should resign immediately. She has violated the public trust and we have no confidence that she can continue to serve in her position and uphold her oath to the Constitution and the American people. Children don’t belong in cages and they shouldn’t be separated from their families. Secretary Nielsen should resign immediately and the Trump Administration should end their policy of keeping children apart from their families.
