• Stand with the Aurora, Colorado Shooting Victims and Their Families
It’s happening again. A tragic gun violence massacre is sending shockwaves across our nation. And our hearts go out to the victims of another senseless act by a killer armed to the teeth with dangerous weapons. Columbine, Virginia Tech, Tucson and now Aurora. The list of mass gun tragedies grows longer and, every day in America, gun violence claims dozens of victims. When they express their concern and condolences, America’s political leaders speak for all of us. But when they fail to back up those high-minded sentiments with action to end the violence, their kind words begin to ring hollow. Please join people all across our nation in demanding action from our leaders and in personally pledging to keep pressing until America takes concrete action to end the violence. • Arrest Sheldon Adelson
Sheldon Adelson clearly violated the foriegn corrupt practices act in Macau China when he bought a local official there for $700,000 against the advice of his American Lawyers who he then fired, but he is trying to buy the presidency for the Republican Party so that they will not prosecute him. Citizens United has done enough damage so we must stop criminals from buying favors from politicans with their ill gotten gains.

  • Marissa Alexander gets 20 yrs for "stand your ground"
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A Florida woman who fired warning shots against her allegedly abusive husband has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Marissa Alexander of Jacksonville had said the state's "Stand Your Ground" law should apply to her because she was defending herself against her allegedly abusive husband when she fired warning shots inside her home in August 2010. She told police it was to escape a brutal beating by her husband, against whom she had already taken out a protective order. CBS Affiliate WETV reports that Circuit Court Judge James Daniel handed down the sentence Friday. Under Florida's mandatory minimum sentencing requirements Alexander could receive a lesser sentence, even though she has never been in trouble with the law before. Judge Daniel said the law did not allow for extenuating or mitigating circumstances to reduce the sentence below the 20-year minimum. "I really was crying in there," Marissa's 11-year-old daughter told WETV. "I didn't want to cry in court, but I just really feel hurt. I don't think this should have been happening." Alexander was convicted of attempted murder after she rejected a plea deal for a three-year prison sentence. She said she did not believe she did anything wrong. She was recently denied a new trial after appealing to the judge to reconsider her case based on Florida's controversial "Stand Your Ground" law. The law states that the victim of a crime does not have to attempt to run for safety and can immediately retaliate in self-defense. Alexander's attorney said she was clearly defending herself and should not have to spend the next two decades behind bars. George Zimmerman gets bailed out TWICE and he KILLED a young man!!!

SAN BERNARDINO, CA 2012: RESIDENTS ARE TIRED OF BLACK ON BLACK CRIME, POLICE NOT SERVING AND PROTECTING, OUR STREETS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN TO LIVE AND GROW... THERE HAS BEEN CLOSE TO THIRTY MURDERS IN 2012 ALONE AND NO JUSTICE. Floyd Walker Jr. III was born in 1978 in San Bernardino, CA to outstanding parents who loved and cared for him deeply.. He grew into a outstanding man, his children and his wife were his life.. He lived, breath his family and nothing more, he had no tattoos, criminal record, NO GANG AFFILIATION AT ALL.. IN 2002 Floyd Walker Jr. III was shot 23 times which cause amputation of one leg and about 50% use of one arm. REASON: NONE AT ALL only because Floyd stopped to use the pay phone.. NO JUSTICE!!!! NO PEACE!!!! San Bernardino Police Department labeled Floyd Walker Jr. III affiliated as a Gang Member.. Floyd was never questioned and no investigation or arrest were made. Floyd Walker Jr. III once again being the Outstanding father moved his family into their residence and in 2009 Floyd was WATERING HIS YARD AND again for the second time shot one single time to his kidney that had to be removed. NO INVESTIGATION!! NO ARREST!!! NO JUSTICE!!!! NO PEACE!!! Floyd did everything in his power to keep his family safe and well taken care of, a black man always being knocked down and NO JUSTICE Floyd found peace within his family. On July 9, 2012 Floyd Walker Jr. III only uncle was layed to rest. Floyd carried his only uncle only boy of eight girls proudly.. Floyd was happy and so at peace, Floyd's mother, brother, and sister were in state and all of his cousins.. On July 10, 2012 Floyd Walker Jr. III was for the third time assassinated in front of his home with his best friend Billy " SHAKE" Belvins.. Floyd six children were inside during the deadly shooting of their father and fathers best friend.. Floyd and Shake were both loving fathers and carried themselves respectfully. The two of them were unseaperable I could hear them right now giggling together as they always did. They enjoyed one another's company. You would always see just the two of them, they never needed a big crowd... They were content being family men they didnt need the streets for fullfillment. The San Bernardino Police Department has refused to investigate Floyd Walker Jr. III and Billy "SHAKE" Belvins murder and any leads given to the department.. One Police Detective in the San Bernardino Department stated " That there WOULD NOT be ANY arrest made unless there is a eye witness.." WHAT ARE HOTLINE'S??? WHAT ARE LEADS????? Who will protect them if the deceased can not even be PROTECTED?? WHAT IS THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IF THERE IS NO JUSTICE??? HOW MUCH PAIN CAN ONE ENDURE UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED???
