• Eliminate disclosure of past non-violent crimes to future emplyers
    There are some people out there who are unable to find work due to a felony on their record. I myself have a felony DUI 5 years ago and I have not been able to find a job once I have to disclose that felony. I have severed my parole and successfully discharged and have not reoffended. I have achieved 2 college degrees since my conviction and I am proposing that felony and misdemeanor convictions once you have served your sentence should not have to be disclosed to future employers. You should only have to disclose wheather you are currently on parole or probation or were convicted of a violent felony in the past.

  • Stop guns now!
    Americans died seeing Batman. I really really don't want to hear any garbage about having more guns in the theatre. Ask any cop about having guns in the hands of amateurs. Guns kill people. I do not want to hear about the lives that were lost. We hear about them every time this happens. Oh, so that you know, I have a 9mm Glock and a shotgun. I never ever want to take them to movies. Ever. I am an amateur.

    JUST ANONYMOUS SUGGESTION. Govt ordinance could relegate "specific" or identifiable vehicle model for repeated offenders. It would look generic or less desireable and above all efficient.

    In 2009 and 2010, Gladys Carrion authoritzed two juvenile maximum security prisons,Brookwood and Goshen, to bring a 15 year old and an older prostitute to these prisons to perform sexual services for convicted youthful criminals, including three convicted murders. No one was disciplined for these state worker crimes.
