Conditions of and @ the Illinois Prisons the need for attention and actions a serious concern for the human that are suffering because of it. I think serious notice and attentions need to be taken. The effect a family member is a resident @ a Illinois prison.

We are sickened by the deaths of innocent victims at the hands of angry and disturbed individuals. The sale of illegal assault weapons has become a lucrative trade and a national disgrace. Our political leaders have proved that they are too timid to take action. It is up to us!

After Montana legalized medical marijuana, Chris Williams started a marijuana growing operation. Despite the Obama Justice Department's assurances that it would not prosecute people for growing marijuana within the limits of state law, Mr. Williams was raided by federal officers and arrested; during his trial, he was prohibited from using the fact that he was following state law as a defense. While Jerry Sandusky got a 30-year minimum sentence for raping young boys, Mr. Williams is looking at a mandatory minimum of more than 80 years for marijuana charges and for possessing firearms during a drug-trafficking offense. This Petition is to address the flaws in the Amber Law. (1) There may be a failure to act because of age or lack of suspect. (2) Not every missing child is assumed at risk of danger or death. Because of these two criteria currently in effect, Alicia Moore's killer had time to murder her. America, We must stand together and fight for "THE ALICIA AMENDMENT to the Amber Law"! One life lost is one too many!

Identity Theft is the single largest crime in the United States. Each year hundreds of thousands of individuals, including new borns and teenagers are victim of Social Security and Identiy Theft, yet Congress and the White House have refused to act to protect its Citizens by passing any Legislation in regards to Identity Theft Protection. As the only TWO TIME victim of Identiy Theft (first social security number compromised in 2000 and a NEW Social Security Number compromised by Countrywide Home Loans selling it in 2008), I have a Federal Court Ordered Mandate for a Legislative Remedy from 2010 that has been ignored by EVERY Member of Congress (House and Senate) and the White House. We need to Force Congress to Act. Together we can make a difference.

It is legal in 31 states for a rapist to request the same rights as any other biological father. If a woman does decide to carry a rapist's baby and raise it, she should not have to be tied to that man forever, nor should an innocent child be exposed to someone capable of such a heinous act.

I am a chronic pain patient who requires narcotic medication to help me survive the crushing weight of unending pain. My pain doctor knows me and trusts me because of his extensive medical training and the long term professional relationship we've built fighting the war on pain together. Drug laws perhaps intended to protect children make it tougher for us and so many others to fight this battle and that doesn't even count the unintended consequences affecting even more people.
