• Justice For Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
A civil trial was held in 1999 in Memphis, Tennesee and a jury came back with a verdict that the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a result of a conspiracy by agencies of the United States Government. President Barack Obama should instruct Eric Holder and the U.S. Justice Dept. to convene a special grand jury to investigate the case and bring the real killers of Dr. King to justice.

  • Buried alive
This woman never physically harmed anyone, yet she has been condemned to worse conditions than the most brutal mass murderer. She has been literally buried alive in the depths of our prison system, a remote prison for those who are physically or mentally ill, although she had no such illness when she was condemned to remain in prison, totally isolated, until she is 70 years old.

  • Stop Romney Bain Capital Frauds
As you may know, Romney's campaign has been stating over and over - that he left Bain Capital in 1999. Truth is he never left. They have confessed to the fact he still gets millions every year from Bain. It is now upon Obama's campaign website "Keeping GOP Honest" - that Romney's own attorneys admit he was still CEO in 2001. Proof Romney CEO of BAIN until Aug 2001 Biz Journal, NY Times, SEC etc http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/05/20/1093276/-More-Proof-Romney-s-Camp-is-Lying-On-Mitt-the-pitts-Leaving-Bain-in-1999 We are the case, the very reason, they need to bury the story and continue a massive fraud cover up. In 2001, Romney/ Bain affiliated law firm (MNAT) lied Under Penalty of Perjury to become the federal estate attorneys of eToys.com. Then, betraying their client (eToys) MNAT sold the assets for less than a penny on the dollar to their (secret) Undisclosed clients - Bain/ Kay Bee Toys. When their attempt to bribe us with $850,000 failed, because - unlke Bain Capital - we fear Breaking the Law. A panic then ensued for our refusal to look the other way failed. Romney left Bain as CEO in August 2001 and GWB nominted a Bain / MNAT law firm partner (Colm Connolly) to become the United States Attorney/ Prosecutor in Delaware. Where, for 7 years - Connolly refused to investigate/ prosecute Bain/ MNAT frauds. Even when we forced them to confess to lying under oath 15 times. Proof Romney CEO of BAIN August 2001 Romney's own attorneys & Obama Campaign http://www.keepinggophonest.com/romney-was-in-charge-of-his-corporate-buyout-firm-when-gst-steel-went-bankr/

Diane Tran is a 17-year-old honor high school student in Texas. She has been working 2 to 3 jobs at a time to support her 2 siblings because their parents divorced and both moved away. When she missed school 10 times in 6 months, she was ordered, by Judge Lanny Moriarty, to spend 24 hours in jail and pay a $100 fine. This girl should have been rewarded, not punished. Judge Lanny Moriarty has shown poor judgement, and thus should no longer be allowed be a Judge!

  • Stop the governments war on the American people
This is about ending the useless and expensive "war on drugs". Many of the people our government is waging this war on are our own citizens. Not only that, but the war on drugs has created a black market ran by criminals to fund criminal endeavors and organization, and to fund terrorism. The war on drugs also siphons money out of our country. The war on drugs hurts us in many more ways than it helps us.

On November 18, 2009, our son Faran Khan, was beaten and viciously stabbed with a tire iron by three men causing his death while playing at a park. Only “one” of the three men has even been charged with “any offense”. And the one charged was released after an ineffective prosecution.

  • Honor Status in Kentucky Prisons
Kentucky's prisons are full and costing taxpayers an enormous amount of money. One of the ways of rehabilitating inmates and improving the rates of successful transition from inmate to productive citizen is good programs within the prison. The Night Visit Program is a special incentive program designed to promote positive behavior and strengthen social ties. The program allows for participation by Honor Dormitory, Firehouse, and any inmate meeting the criteria for honor housing. The visits are in the visiting area from 6:30 to 8:30 on Fridays.
