This petition is to stop the selling of high-capacity magazines for assault weapons. Help me be the voice for the innocent that have died or been maimed by these weapons. Help stop our local stores, including Walmart, that sell these high-capacity magazines. I am a former associate at Walmart, and got to see people bringing in their assault weapons to buy the ammunition that is used. Too many children and adults are dying because of the sale of high-capacity magazines. So, please, we need your help. Sign this petition.

House and Senate Republicans (self-admitted the party of "No") have abstructed laws from passing and benefiting the American people in order to weaken the President. Thus, these Republicans are anti-American saboteurs, fitting for indictment.

My issue is electronic voting machines and the easiness in which they can be hacked. This has been proven time and time again but our legislators do nothing to insure the safety and security of our votes. The GOP is trying to suppress the vote in 26 or more states and the point is, it is virtually a poll tax on poor people, older veterans, and those that can't afford it. In Texas, NRA ID is OK, but a Student ID is not...so it is clear the intentions of the GOP. There will be hundreds of thousands of people who will not be able to vote and that is not the America I love. Voting machines will be hacked by Karl Rove and his billionaire brothers; it was done in 2004 in Ohio. The hacker who sat two states over and shifted Kerry votes to Bush gave his deposition and days later he was dead. Karl Rove walked away from the Grand Jury without a scratch. I know he was key in orchestrating stealing votes from Kerry to Bush. In 2008 so many people voted that he was not able to pull it off in Penn., What they can't suppress, they will steal in key states to cover all the bases to defeat the sitting President. We must ban electronic voting machines and demand paper ballots in all 50 states. If Romney wins in a landslide...then we know they got away with it.

My daughter Satara, a resident for six years in Hollywood is tortured over months; then held captive (bit, cut, burned, strangled, hit, held in wall, hair yanked from head, raped, and worse). The city PD did not respond until death threats. the DA blames her for the captors force and memory changes to cause her harm, and his dropping drugs in her hospital room while mentally incompetent to choose. We are calling for the DA to drop the victim (Satara) charges, give her victims aid (funding to heal), and stop victimizing victims.

Numerous reports have surfaced about Vern Buchanan breaking campaign finance laws. He's even been named "Most Corrupt Congressman of the Moth" in July by the DCCC for campaign fundraising schemes, tax evasion and witness tampering. He serves as the chief of fundraising for the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Repealing stand your ground laws in all states that have passed these laws. The law may have had good intentions but its effect on the populace is that they have the right to be judge and jury and we can't have that in America

Five men have died while in police custody since 2005, and the animal warden has been seen doing horrendous things to the animals in his care .Many animals have died as a result of the corruption in this town. They do not value life of any kind and we need HELP> This is important relating to (1) the torture, cover-up and death of Darrin Hanna; (2) the torture, mistreatment and death of Animals in the City Pound; (3) and the corruption and cover-up by City of North Chicago Officials and Police Officers relating to seized merchandise, monies and narcotics that have been taken, used or sold without proper authorization by City of North Chicago Officials and Police Officers.

Animal cruelty is a huge issue for me and many Americans. These K-9s were law enforcement peace officers which are an integral part of the force. This Deputy Steve Benoy left them overnight in his hot patrol car which resulted in death by heat exposure. This is completely unacceptable! San Antonio Texas in July is extremely HOT! No animal or child should EVER be left in a car in the heat! Any citizen that assaults or kills a peace officer, whether human or K-9 will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. A Sheriff Deputy should not get special treatment or be above the law. This is not the first incident Bexar County Sheriff's Department has had with killing their K-9 officers by leaving them in hot patrol cars but we can make sure this will be the last! Since 1988, I became injured on the job with RSI's & now all employees are at great risk with bio labs that are unregulated & causing severe illness and or death on the job. Employers are immune from having to accept responsibility for their injurious acts & if an injured worker is lucky enough to stay alive, he or she will be forced to go on Social Security & Medicare. Insurance companies/employers are getting away with injuring and or the death of employees on the job and on worker's compensation without paying for these worker's injuries/illnesses or death benefits. This an abomination of the 21st. century. We need our top official to put an end to this practice immediately, to mete out justice and restitution, enforce health & safety laws and create laws for employers to suffer felonies rather than misdemeanors for injuring or or the cause for illnesses that are negatively impacting our society as a whole. These issues have reached epidemic proportions for over 25 years with the workplace abuses affecting all levels of employment!

For five years I have begged the Indianapolis police department to find the killer of my grandson Tony Curtis Drake. This year, the police chief, his deputy and the public service director have all been fired or quit. We have no one here to protect us and to bring justice for us. So I need your help.
