• FBI Dallas Field Office Special Agent in Charge Diego Rodriguez, Please investigate Euless Police...
Investigate Euless Police Officer Deana Ramsour for the actions she took to wrongfully convict our son. Ramsour, first officer to speak with our son, testified she turned off her video tape to explain why he does not appear in the video with her. Two independent experts analyzed her video and found that her tape had been edited. Both experts had previously done work for the FBI, state, and local law enforcement agencies as well as defense attorneys. Investigate to determine if public officials influenced Michael Heiskell, a highly respected and capable attorney, in his decision to withhold key evidence from the jury to support our son’s innocence. Michael Heiskell did not show the jury the jail house video available on www.justice4royjr.com. Roy does not exhibit any behaviors associated with a person who has a blood alcohol content of .11. He is remorseful, coherent, extremely sad, incredibly frightened, standing upright, etc. Investigate the blood draw -- it was redirected from the Texas Department of Public Safety by the Tarrant County Prosecutor to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office to determine whether it was “edited” to show up as .11.

  • Responsibility with Policing and Judiciary
Police shoot and injure civilians, and endanger whole communities with recklessness shooting and driving choosing to blame civilians when they make mistakes. The judiciary and prosecuting attorney improperly divide the word, overlooking evidence and the opportunity to throw out police claims in these instances making it possible for cities to slide by instead of honoring claims for wrongful shootings.

  • 25 Year Mandatory Minimum Sentencing
Mandatory Minimum Sentencing takes the balance out of our Justice System by putting the power of the charge and the sentencing into the Office of the Prosecutor. It does not take into consideration people who are intellectually or emotionally challenged, or people, including VETS, with PTSD or worse. It does not consider people with Autism, no matter at what level or functionality. It does not allow the Judge to consider any of the circumstances, but treats each case as a "one-size-fits-all" as if they are all the same. They also waste taxpayer dollars with a cost of $48,000 per person per year of incarceration.

  • Animal Cruelty and No Punishment?
We must put a harsher fine and punishment for animal cruelty. Politicians are just as reponsible for animal cruelty as the criminals are themselves if nothing is done to protect these creatures that have no voice. Speak up for them. Think of your beloved pet.

  • LEGALIZING UP TO 25 GRAMS OR LESS OF CANNABIS
reduced the penalty for possessing 25 grams or less of marijuana to a non-criminal violation carrying a fine of no more than $100 for first-time offenders -- as long as the marijuana was in private possession and not in public view. I have seen some cities legalize marijuana up to an extent in order to save money since USA is in debt it does sound like a good idea. The human costs to each defendant charged with a misdemeanor are serious," said Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr., supporting Cuomo's proposal. "The simple and fair change proposed by Gov. Cuomo will help us redirect significant resources to the most violent criminals and serious crime problems, and, frankly, it is the right thing to do." is by Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr and it is true..
