The overwhelming majority of the 4,400 colleges and universities in the United States prohibit the carrying of firearms on their campuses. These gun-free policies have helped to make our post-secondary education institutions some of the safest places in the country. Tennessee is a state that specifically prohibits people from carrying concealed guns on public college campuses. This legislation will force Tennessee’s public colleges and universities to allow the carrying of loaded, concealed handguns on public college and university campuses. We believe that Tennessee’s college and university administrators and campus security experts are best equipped to evaluate and make policy decisions that affect their campus communities, not opportunistically motivated lawmakers. My family, like so many others have continuously and faithfully watched The Voice. The change in coaches to Miley Cyrus is offensive to the family values this show has built its ratings on. We encourage NBC and The powers of The Voice to change their minds on Miley becoming a new judge next season. We will not watch the New season if she is a judge.

As a progressive news outlet Rolling Stone has a long history of endorsing forward looking and progressive politics. Mrs. Hillary Clinton is far from that. Reconsider your choice of endorsing Clinton for President of the United States and endorse Senator Bernie Sanders. Rolling Stone needs to rethink it's position and work to restore our faith in the integrity and courage that it's heritage espouse.

While the people of Maine have overwhelmingly presented their support for presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, those elected in the past and present to represent the people are failing to echo the voice of their constituents. We the people of Maine are frustrated with yet another demonstration of a broken system. We ask that the superdelegates of Maine represent the people of Maine. We currently have only one superdelegate who has pledged to support Bernie Sanders and we would like to thank Troy Jackson for doing so.

Congressman Rick Larsen has made a habit of late, of ignoring the concerns of his constituents. When the people of the 2nd CD demanded he vote no on the TPA, he voted yes anyways. When the people of the 2nd CD demanded he not support the TPP, he did anyways. When the people of the 2nd CD demanded he not support coal and oil trains passing through the district, and new coal and oil terminals being built, he did so anyways. And when they demanded he use his super delegate vote to support Bernie Sanders after his sweeping win of Washington State, Rick insisted on supporting Hillary and mocked Bernie supporters. Larsen has for too long dodged the issues, and now that he has a more progressive primary opponent (Mike Lapointe), Rick Larsen refuses to debate, let alone meet with him. So please stand with me and demand that Congressman Larsen debate Mike Lapointe on the issues so that come the August primary, voters can make a more informed choice about who they want in office.

Democratic superdelegates may choose their preferred candidate without regard to the will of the people. Superdelegates may change their vote at any time before the convention in July. Rep. Rush currently supports the wrong candidate and should support Bernie Sanders.

Simply put, the superdelegate system is extremely undemocratic. It has never been used this way before. These superdelegates do not vote until July, so showing information as if a vote has taken place is as ridiculous as asking them to commit to someone instead of responding to the electorate at the time of the convention. Giving a group of Democratic party loyalists and politicians a "super vote" gives elites more power than the average voter and is swaying our votes! Feel the Bern and bring some integrity back to the democratic process. Having a fair election is an uphill battle and of utmost importance. As Clinton has continued her agenda to "lock up" superdelegate party insiders, the media has followed suit showing information that has never been shown to viewers to convince the electorate that this neck-a-neck race is already won. We elect the superdelegates and they are supposed to represent us. We need to know their allegiance is with us and that they will not block a popular vote!

Bernie Sanders has expressed his desire to debate Hillary Clinton in the state of New York. Both campaigns have agreed to two more debates. New York is the next delegate-rich state in the Northeast to vote.

The LGBTQ community is a community of human beings who have had their rights as humans removed, now having little to no protection under the law. As Americans, we cannot stand idle as our governments create second-class standards for humans they have labeled "other." The NBA All-Star game is supposed to be open to everyone. North Carolina government's ideals counter that core belief.
