I live here in Minneapolis, MN in a senior building called Park Holmes Village. The chemicals came here from Montgomery, MD where the Police refused to stop the chemicals at Forest Oak Towers, a Senior Building, owned by the government. Park Holmes Village is a Senior building supported by the government, the same behavioral pattern exists here where the Manager and Management refuses to stop the harassers. The Police refuses to do a proper Investigation but threatens and abuses me. Other people are affected but do not know it is toxic fumes that causing the illnesses here. One harasser died here recently, several people were affected at Forest Oak Towers in Maryland and Ebenezer Park Apartments in Minnesota. The same thing is happening here where the Police refused to do an Investigation but threaten and abuse to stop the message that these chemicals attack the Nervous System to cause pain and disability plus focuses on any Vital Organ to disable and kill its victims. The behavioral pattern is that the second floor has tenants with chemicals to spray down to the lobby, community room hallways plus laundry room. The leader in under me in 110, he sprays all day and night , until I go to sleep, plus when I am asleep to disable me. I am only a messenger to report this terroristic act in a World Power country. Using chemicals to harm Human beings and animals is an terroristic act. Potrero is our neighborhood and the removal of 53 spaces will seriously impact 53 households, hundreds of residents who will not be able to park near home.

This bill would harm imperiled species by: - Automatically removing them from the lists of endangered and threatened species after five years, whether or not they've recovered. - Letting politics win over science by requiring that state governors give their consent before species in their states can be listed under the ESA, and requiring a joint resolution of Congress to approve the listing of species as threatened or endangered. - Undermining citizens' ability to enforce the ESA in court and to help protect imperiled species by filing citizen listing petitions.
