The 223 cartridge used in the M16 and AR15 follows the letter of the law of the Geneva Convention. It is copper clad and does not expand on impact. When I was trying to establish a child support order I was required by CSS to incur the child care expenses of my child without any support from the noncustodial parent. If I could not afford to pay they would not include the amount in the order. Concern over the number of deaths due to firearms

Untie the hands of researchers or research funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Injury and the ATF so that we the people can see exactly what the possible causes to our country having so much gun violence. Is it proliferation of assault weapons? Are they most used in crimes? Is it really true that murderers without guns can kill as many people as murderers with guns? Much less assault guns? Our government should be protecting us, not prohibiting research that might lead to saner gun control.
