• Tell Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher To Defend The Vote
It is crucial to get people out to vote in November. Because of Rick Scott's illegal activities to purge voters from the rolls, it is urgent that everyone take an active part in this very important presidential election. Please sign this petition to the Supervisor of Elections, Susan Bucher, in Palm Beach County to defend the vote. We have had enough voting fiascos in Palm Beach County, Florida. Let's get this one right!

  • Not allowed to return to work since 11/13/2011
MTA NYC TRANSIT supervisor lied against me and caused my livlihood to be taken away in a moments notice. I called out sick on 11/13/2011 and the supervisor who took the call was yelling at me like I was a child, insulting, and belittling me while demeaning my character, and I asked her to please be professional and stop screaming at me because I am in the hospital with extreme stress and anxiety. She wrote down that I was admitted in the hospital. When I was in the emergency room never admitted. There is some rule with mta that if an employee calls out sick from the hospital they need a release form from the hospital.I can not obtain a release form because I was never admitted.I have been begging for my job back since then, but now fear if I went back they would blacklist me and violate me conspire to further destroy me.I am writing this position asking for financial damage to be paid by them for the devastion they made occur in my life due to their lies and inability to correct the damage that was caused in a more timely manner. Because as soon as I went down there with the emergency room papers on 11/14/2011 that should have told them I am telling the truth and here is the evidence, but they refused to allow me to return to work. I went through arbitration and they investigated every word and I am proven to have told the truth and still they have not returned me to work. I am seeking 100,000.00 for the suffering and pain inflicted on me.

  • Animal Offender List
If someone is caught abusing animals and they "may be" sent to jail, when they get out who's to say they won't do it again? And again? There are human offender lists, why not show the same compassion and love toward our best friends?

  • Ask Google to be Family Friendly
Google recently started closing accounts of family members who are younger than 13. After paying for advertising where Google email accounts are demonstrated as a modern form of scrapbooking to capture, store, and transfer on to your child, Google "Chrome: Dear Sophie" for more information, they are now deleting family scrapbooks just like a house fire would. Countless children are experience shock and horror everyday, after innocently entering their age (as they honestly enter the requested information from their "trusted" email provider), only to be cut off forever from what they thought was theirs. Feelings of anger, frustration, and loss are common in the family when years of personal communications, photo's, and conversations are lost in an instant!

  • Foreclosure
People that lose their homes to foreclosure when the banks have no desire to own the property or continue the up keep of the property once it's empty bringing the value of properties around it down. I would like to see a bill that would make the bank negotiate a new loan that fits the owners budget so they may keep their home , which in turn save the value of other homes in the neighborhood .

  • Patriotism Over Politics
Any remark made by a politician that undermines the integrity of the office of the presidency of the United States should be subject to censorship. Remarks should be made that are consistent with the respect of the office and any disagreement should be made based on substance only. No president, Democrat or Republican, of our great nation, should be subject to name-calling, such as "Socialist", "Out of touch", etc...but rather, politicians should state their oppositions based upon their arguable positions only so that other countries know that we are patriotic Americans first and republicans and democrats secondarily.

  • Will D.C. Council and Police stay silent on assault at Lost Society?
We're sickened to know that our friend, Shawn Whittaker, was assaulted at a local restaurant–and no one is investigating the attacks. A paramedic's report says Shawn was the victim of "assault" at Lost Society. After Shawn spent almost two weeks in a coma, the restaurant has not announced any investigation and won't explain how or why Shawn was attacked. Lost Society has not reached out to the family in helping them put the facts together to solve this unfortunate incident. We demand that Lost Society cease operations until the restaurant cooperates with a full investigation by the D.C. Police Department and D.C. Councilmember Jim Graham's office.
