• "Civil Conspiracy: Irreparable Damage Caused"
My children and I have had our privacy invaded to the point where we cannot even enjoy the comfort of our own home, take part in community activities, or enjoy a peaceful environment. My neighbors have defamed my character, harrassed us, exploited, intentionally inflicted emotional distress, and put us in harms way for over a year and a half. Due to the way they(Steve Polencheck, Polly Cegler, and another), have portrayed me to the public, I am in a custody battle, having my employment threatened(as they are broadcasting insidious things that I stuck my finger in my daughter, that I go to the bar everyday, threatening to kill people, sexually explicit material, etc. They are conspiring to deprive me of my life, liberties, home, property, etc., as they are trying to force me to co-habit with somebody against my will. I have audio recordings from various sources proving that this is a civil conspiracy. Also that they are trying to push my kids away from me. The police refused to do anything about this matter, along with the FBI, and attorneys that I have contacted. Due to these untruths and malicious gossip being broadcast through the use of these speaker systems, they have practically destroyed my life.

  • Real Homeland Security: Protecting Women and Children who are victims of terrorism in their own h...
The casualty rate for women and children each year in America is far higher than all the victims of the 911 terrorist attacks. Police responses are arbitrary, sometimes they follow the law and charge or even arrest the perpetrator if there is evidence of domestic violence; but all too often the man is told to leave for a few days, they don't call it domestic violence even though the circumstances meet the legal definition, they charge both parties even though the man is almost always the primary aggressor, if the woman scratched him, etc. in defending herself they charge her with domestic violence too and on and on. Also protective orders are often hard to get and/or aren't enforced by the police when the perpetrator violates one. The message being that the man still has the right to harass/threaten his wife and children, 'visit' her or the children and to take the children for visitation. I'm a clinical social worker and have had many women clients whose ex/husband had a documented history of DV but was still able to have unsupervised child visitation and one who even got cucustody of the children. She killed herself in her despair.

  • Speak Out for a Woman’s Right to Choose!
January 22, 2013 marks the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the historic Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide. Yet opponents of a woman’s right to choose continue to wage constant attacks at both the federal and state levels, enacting 43 state-level abortion restrictions in 2012 and a record-breaking 92 in 2011. And it’s not just Roe that is under attack- access to birth control and funding for family planning face continuous threats. Take a stand today! Rededicate yourself to pro-choice activism in 2013 by signing JWI’s pledge. Learn more at jwi.org/roe40

  • Howard Stern, rape isn't a punchline!
"Rape" isn't a punchline. When, (in reference to two-time Golden Globe winner Lena Dunham's nudity on screen in GIRLS) Stern recently broadcasted, "It's a little fat girl who kinda looks like Jonah Hill and she keeps taking her clothes off and it kind of feels like rape." It doesn't matter that Dunham is a fan of your work. It doesn't matter than she made light of your critique of her body. What matters, Howard Stern, is that people listen to your show and the term "rape" should never be taken lightly, in any context.

  • Paul Krugman for Labor Secretary
Protecting our unions is a high priority, as they've helped grow the middle class and our nation's economy. The president should nominate Paul Krugman as the new Secretary of Labor, as he will be on the side of the workers. By ensuring that necessary benefits such as Social Security and Medicare are protected and that American workers are secure in their jobs, Secretary Krugman will ensure that unions will not be undermined by corporate interests and "right to work laws."

  • A NATIONAL PROGRAM TO PROTECT SCHOOLS
An initiative to install gunshot sensors around public schools would take them off the list of easy targets for criminals and provide instant police notification in future crises, all without intimidating our children, arming our teachers, or infringing anyone's protected rights.
