One impact of the recession is that many returned to school to obtain or complete a degree. The government also pushed education in different ways however many are still left without jobs mainly because of the required years of experience needed or that there is no recognition for the specific field of study. There is a need for a HIRING PRACTICES REFORM.

Despite last week's ruling in favor of Democrat Chad Taylor to remove his name from the ballot, allowing a two-way race between Republican Senator Pat Roberts and Independent Greg Orman, Kansas Secretary of State, and member of Pat Roberts re-election campaign committee, Kris Kobach is attempting to confuse overseas voters into not voting by placing a disclaimer on their ballots in regards to their vote not being valid if the empty Democratic slot is filled. Kobach is therefore doing nothing short of tampering with the election and purposely acting against a Supreme Court ruling. We must stand up against this corruption and rid our government of such elected officials. We can do this through the power of the vote, and must therefore protect and defend our right to vote... even from the very person who was elected to protect it for us.

On October 29th 2013 our children was taken into CPS custody because of Shskeitha's marijuana use . Since then we have done EVERYTHING that CPS asked us to Shakeitha (mother) has been in therapy since since January 2014 and on phyicatic medication since April 2014 and she graduated from a class for mental health / substance abuse and how to control your health with out non-prescription medication We both graduated a parenting class for parents with mental health children. Today September 22nd 2014 CPS willingly went into court and lied in order not to return our children, the thing is we have only tested positive one time in October 2013 and EVERY TEST since has been CLEAN. For Salt Lake City to support hate crime and back its perpetrators, it demonstrates that this city still has a long way to go to achieve true racial equality. To support hate crime perpetrators sets bad a precedent anywhere, as we need racial unity, not division, following an increase of high-profile (black-on-white) officer involved shootings that killed Michael Brown in Missouri and Darien Hunt in Utah.

I read numerous articles on sting operations - they are growing to meet statistics on how many criminals are arrested. In a number of cases they are setting up the sting where it is a very fine line between enticement and not. They prey on certain profiles where left alone, they may have never become a criminal. We have the highest incarcerated population in the country. I am asking that laws be created where sting operations can only be set up on existing criminals. This ensures that the person has truly committed a crime at least once and not be convicted and imprisoned on a hypothetical crime. Law enforcement has gotten extremely good at the enticement game.

This residential neighborhood has been saturated with vehicles parked by people who take the rail road and leave their vehicles for days, along with others who park for hours to shop and bank. There are also vehicles parked which are stolen and have been removed by the NYPD. This has been continuous for years and makes it extremely difficult for residents to live normally in this area. There are many children in this area who's parents feel are unsafe due to the speeding vehicles that drive threw. Their are also nonresidential vehicles parked in driveways blocking residents from moving their vehicles. Street signs and other measures need to be taken in order to prevent this from happening.
