Help Stop Judicial CorruptionStealing Minorities' Homes in New Jersey. On August 1, 2012, my $250K co-op with a 100k American Express Bank FSB Mortgage and backed by Fannie Mae was burglarized and illegally seized, and I was illegally evicted and barred from my home by Self-Dealing Co-op Management. According to the Co-op Attorney, Buckalew Frizzell Crevina LLP, the Co-op evicted me because I did not pay $8,133.50 in disputed legal fees while underlining fraudulent case HUD-L-438-11 was still pending. The Six NJ Judges and Four Federal Judges ruled or participated in the illegally seizure of my co-op and illegal eviction from my home of 15 years without due process, no judgment, no eviction proceeding, no warrant of removal, no foreclosure proceeding, and no cancellation of my shares of co-op stock. I could not get a lawyer to represent me because of corrupt judges and courts. Dirty judges fight dirty. The West New York Police on over five occasions have refused to allow me to file a burglary complaint or ask my Co-op Management for its Warrant of Removal. I filed numerous complaints to NJ Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, Governor Christie, US Attorney of District of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court, etc. Judges helped to steal my home of 15 years. Chief Judge Thomas McKee called my complaint frivolous as he dismissed my complaints against three federal judges. What happened to Fourth , Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of US Constitution? I worked very hard to buy my co-op. Although I am US Citizen, voter, taxpayer, homeowner, I never expected to be victimized and targeted because I am a Black woman. I am still homeless and illegally barred from my co-op. I want my co-op with its contents back and justice!14 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Pat Smalls

State Rep. Henry Perea: Stop your attack on California's clean energy and clean air law. Drop you...State Representative Henry Perea's oil company-backed bill, AB 69, would drive a stake in the heart of California's clean energy and clean air law, the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32), by excluding the pollution that comes from cars and trucks from the law's provisions. Nearly forty percent of our carbon pollution comes from cars, trucks, and other vehicles; and tailpipe emissions are contributing to the childhood asthma epidemic in regions like Los Angeles, the Bay Area and the area you represent in the Central Valley. This pollution is also fueling the climate impacts, like wildfires and drought, that are putting our kids and communities in harm's way. Parents and families supported the Global Warming Solutions Act when it passed, and voted overwhelmingly to defeat the well-funded oil company sponsored ballot initaitive, Proposition 23, that sought to repeal it in 2010. Parents care about our kids, and we want cleaner fuels and energy to power our vehicles and our homes. We expect our state representatives to protect our kids and communities, not jeopardize their health and safety.88 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Lisa Hoyos, Climate Parents

The Safety of Irving Park Rd., Between Harlem Ave. & Cumberland Ave. in ChicagoPeople in the area, including my own family, have been detrimentally impacted by the lack of safety on Irving Park Rd. It is problematic and frankly dangerous to cross the busy street to walk to the nearby bus stop, stores, restaurants and to meet-up with friends. A handful of us tried to contact the local politicians with this plea with mixed results. We need this petition to add traction to our request for the improved safety in our community.243 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Janina

Help for Yazidis Being Massacred in IraqOur family is friendly with a family of Iraqi refugees, member of the Yazidi sect from Sinjar, northern Iraq. They are safe here, but their home town, their friends and families, have fled to the barren mountains, surrounded by murderous ISIS forces, with no food or water. The fate of these people, many of whom have already perished, can only be mitigated by a huge international aid effort. Amnesty International and three dozen charities and faith groups have called on the US Government to cooperate more with the local Kurds to rescue these people. The Kurds supported our government in our "War on Terror" and against Sadaam. We cannot abandon them. For details see the reports in the NY Times and from Kurdish media in Erbil: http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/08/world/middleeast/isis-forces-in-iraq.html http://rudaw.net/english/kurdistan96 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Mark Kipperman

non profit organizationsThis is to sort out the crooks and tell a person what their donated money will really do. Yes, I am affected and am beginning to STOP donating. I do not aprreciate being hit several times a year and I don't need the crap the send out. This is a huge commercial enterprize, often a rip off, and waste of energy.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Phoebe Cortessis

Keep Koch Money OutTell right-wing billionaires our Universities are not for sale! (Corrected Link) The education of our youth and the shaping of our democracy should not be an "investment opportunity" for billionaires! Superpacs and dark money have already infiltrated our election process, as we've seen time and again in the wake of Citizen's United. Now, if that wasn't enough, right-wing billionaires like the Koch brothers are attempting to buy the hearts and minds of college students by investing tens of millions of dollars in donations to major universities in exchange for programs promoting their political agenda. That's why I signed a petition created by local MoveOn member Lesley Lillywhite to University of Arizona, President Ann Weaver Hart et al which says: "The University of Arizona (UofA) must be held to the highest standards. Compromising UofA's integrity—by accepting any money from the Koch brothers and/or their affiliated organizations—would make the UofA a hostage to these billionaires. Accepting dark money obligates universities to sanction the Dark Ages of the Koch brothers' agenda." Will you sign this petition? Thanks! Tell Ohio Governor: Protect Drinking Water From Factory Farm Pollution!400,000 people in the Toledo area were without water the first weekend in August, and factory farms are the culprit. Lake Erie is the source of drinking water for 11 million people. Like most areas with large factory farms that apply huge amounts of manure to farm lands, the soil in Ohio is supersaturated with nutrients. And when rains come, that excess is carried away by the water and ends up in Lake Erie. There, the nutrients feed algae, creating large algae blooms. The algae can produce powerful toxins that can cause everything from rashes, to gastroenteritis, to neurotoxicity. Clearly it’s a major problem — a public health hazard. Earlier this year, when Ohio lawmakers had the chance to fix the problem, they passed a bill that fell dangerously short of meaningful reform. In lieu of setting up clear, enforceable standards that would address the overabundance of phosphorous in the soil and rein in runoff from factory farms, the law simply creates a fertilizer certification program that exempts manure, which is a huge source of the phosphorus that is causing the algae blooms. The law also includes a voluntary, not mandatory, nutrient management plan program. We know why false solutions like this keep being offered — the corporate interests that benefit from creating large amounts of fertilizer in the form of animal manure refuse to take responsibility for the pollution that manure creates. Instead, they seek to give the appearance of action while residents bear the burden of unclean water: drinking water bans, aquatic dead zones and lakes closed to swimming. Tell Governor Kasich to pass sensible legislation to protect Ohio’s water from factory farms!128 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Meredith Begin, Food & Water Watch

400,000 Ohioans Were Without Water and Factory Farms Are the CulpritLake Erie is the source of drinking water for 11 million people. No surprise, it was a bill championed by Big Ag. It’s a story we see across the country — waterways in trouble and agribusiness offering false solutions. We know why false solutions like this keep on being offered — the corporate interests that benefit from creating large amounts of fertilizer in the form of animal manure refuse to take responsibility for the pollution that manure creates. Instead, they seek to give the appearance of action while residents bear the burden of unclean water: drinking water bans, aquatic dead zones and lakes closed to swimming. It has never been more apparent that the state needs to update standards for disposal of animal waste from factory farms, which is a huge source of the phosphorus that is causing the algae blooms. In lieu of setting up clear, enforceable standards that would address the overabundance of phosphorous in the soil and rein in runoff from factory farms, the new law simply creates a fertilizer certification program that exempts manure. The law also includes a voluntary, not mandatory, nutrient management plan program. This must change. Strong laws in Great Lakes states are key to protecting our water and agricultural resources, and new legislation could set the bar for our neighboring states. Tell Governor Kasich and the Ohio state legislature to pass sensible legislation to protect Ohio’s water from factory farms!884 of 1,000 SignaturesCreated by Alison Auciello, Food & Water Watch

U.S. and Bank of America Settlement. How about the REAL people they defrauded!!!!!I was defrauded by Bank of America and congress when I believed in their Making Homes Affordable program. In order to apply, I was informed I had to already be behind in payments, therefore, BofA SAID to stop payments and then to apply! I was a prime candidate for the program under my circumstances. Fought for 2 years, lost my home, which was my inheritance as well, had to file bankruptcy, life has been HELL! I got a measley $400 from the review process. Now the government is suing them and winning $17 billion??????? I was defrauded and my life taken from me. Please tell me where did the $33 billion go that the government used to bail these banks and mortgage companies out!!!! Where was big brother then? Please, please people, sign the petition, these monster companies have financially raped thousands! Some of us want individual reviews, not lumped together.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Missy Wethington
