We’re launching a campaign to show grocery chains, like Roundy's Corporation, that their customers want GMO labeling, and persuade them to follow the lead of other grocery stores like Whole Foods. We have a right to know what’s in the food we buy, so we can make healthy, responsible, and informed choices about what we’re eating. Sign this petition to Roundy's CEO Bob Mariano and ask him as a customer to label GMOs in store-brand products.

This legislation represents a significant improvement over the status quo, which has seen states rush to implement blatantly discriminatory voting restrictions after being freed from federal oversight. The legislation gives the federal government and voting rights advocates new tools to combat voting discrimination. Urge Rep. Swalwell to support this effort by cosponsoring and fighting for a strong bill.

People gave their very lives to assure ALL citizens' their right to vote... Won't you add your name to a struggle which really never ends?

The euthanization of innocent animals is already an epidemic in this country. However, Clayton County animal control uses two horrific methods for euthanizing the animals who have not been adopted. It is called the "Heart Stick" method and the "gas Chamber" both of which are an excruciatingly way for anyone to have to suffer. Please help stop these two horrendous methods .

The Voting Rights Act protects our democracy by allowing all eligible voters to participate in electing our leaders. Congressman Duncan should cosponsor this Act and fight to restore voting protections for all our citizens.

I believe in liberty and justice for all. “The Voting Rights Act is one of the most important pieces of civil rights legislation Congress has ever passed. Last year's Supreme Court decision weakened critical provisions of it. Right now, Congress can restore those protections by passing this important bill. Rep. Price should support this effort by cosponsoring and fighting for a strong bill.”

Our country's strength depends on the support of the people. Because last year's Supreme Court decision weakened the Voting Rights Act, we need strong legislators to correct and strengthen it with the Voting Rights Act Amendment.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have made headlines for standing up against racism and homophobia. Now, they can continue to fight for justice by supporting workers who are fighting for their rights on the job. T-Mobile, which is sponsoring a Macklemore & Ryan Lewis concert on January 23rd, has been using “brutal psychological terror” on its workers -- like verbal abuse, threats, and, in one workplace, forcing workers to wear dunce caps and sit in a corner if they don’t meet their quotas. Many workers have reported suffering from migraines, stroke symptoms, high-blood pressure, anxiety and depression because of the abuse. It’s gotten so bad that in one town that doctors describe people as having “T-Mobile disease.” And when workers try to change their workplace environment, they’ve been fired, disciplined, and interrogated in basements and systematically told to not collectively voice their concerns. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have used their celebrity status to raise the conversation about important injustices. They can do it again and send a message to T-Mobile that they won’t work with a company that treats its workers this badly.

This is not (yet) a post-racial society, and ALL citizens deserve to have their voting rights protected. The slice&dice in the 2013 renewal of the Voting Rights Act was a travesty of Congressional responsibility and a tragedy for American democracy. The 2014 Amendment WILL repair the Voting Rights Act! Wisconsin is a state with a long history of progressive legislation that protected the rights of ALL its citizens -- please stand up and act like a Wisconsinite: Support the REPAIR AMENDMENT!
