  • For the People
It's time to make our legislators work for Americans who voted them into office.rather than their politcial careers. I suggest we start a petition to vote any one who does not work together for solutions out of office. Stop the politics.

  • VOICe=Vote Out InCumbents
When our legistlators do not follow our wishes such as the gun control we can set up a vote them out of office campaign. Since millions signing petitions does not have impact(i spend time in washington for the Mass Med Society) then we have to have the same leverage as lobbyists, control over the election process!!

  • Do not start uranium mining on Mt. Taylor
For the first time in 30 years, New Mexico may open its doors to uranium mining. Uranium mining can cause permanent damage to our water supplies through the leaching of radioactive materials into groundwater, not to mention the fact that it takes millions of gallons of water a day to operate a mine. Worse yet—they want to mine on Mt. Taylor, a mountain sacred to the Navajo and Pueblos and the highest point in the Cibola National Forest. Allowing mining anywhere near the mountain would be devastating. Please sign the petition below and show the U.S. Forest Service that New Mexicans do not want this type of destruction in our state. Public comments are open until May 14.

  • Unlike Facebook's Founder: Stop supporting Keystone XL and Arctic drilling!
The political group founded by Mark Zuckerberg, "Fwd.us", is spending more than a million dollars running ads to support candidates who voted the wrong way on drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and on the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline. And Facebook is reportedly rejecting ads that criticized Fwd.us for taking this action. This is absurd. Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg should not be supporting dirty energy and the political allies of dirty energy companies. Sign our petition to make sure Mark Zuckerberg hears how much we dislike this!
