Once you have finish your high school education theres always 2 big choices to take if you dont have your parents support. Eather work a full time job, or go to college and dont have any more money than financial aid, a part time job wont do it. Ive been affected by this. And we need loans that are more flexible for students, loans that we can pay back once we finish our educacion, give us time to, no or low interest. Apartments should give discounts to students, or the goverment should help students pay for a apartment.

They have voted to give themselves a raise for 'Cost of Living Increase' yet they want to eliminate all future 'Cost of Living Increases' for those on Social Security.

If those in power would just get along and try to figure this out the government could do what us normal people have had to do in these past years. Cut a little here and there until we all do our best to live within our means. Why should the government spend like there is no tomorrow? We can't!

I think that I was discriminated against by a employer because of my credit score. I have lost my job and my credit score has suffered because I could only afford to pay for the necessities. I was more that qualified for the position but was not hired. On the application, it was stated that they do credit check.

Filed an insurance claim after my husband saved my life, by stepping over me, after a driver ran the stop sign. Fas forward 12 months later the insurance company (Geico) refused to pay the claim. When a claim is filed, the insurance company should not avoid responsibility and accountability, especially when it is a matter of life and death as was in this case.

The Philadelphia School district wants to eliminate the Instrumental Music program. This would affect over 100,000 students in our school system. Philadelphia Schools have had a long standing tradition of excellence in music programs at the elementary, junior high and high school level. These programs have included the nationally known All-Philadelphia performance ensembles including a High School Choir, Jazz Band, Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Orchestra. In addition many of our students go on to major in music. Many of our former students are musicians in major orchestras (Philadelphia, Toronto, Cinncinatti, ) and college professors of music. Taking away these programs for our children is unfair and denies them the same opportunities that wealthier school districts can afford. Please restore the Instrumental Music Program in the School District of Philadelphia.
