We want the postal service to continue 6 day delivery and we want the postal service to stop closing post offices and cutting retail operating hours. Our goal is to see the dramatic pre payments into retirement accounts to stop and be returned to the postal service. We are proud of our postal network in Connecticut and want to keep it the way it is.

The congress and the Senate should be working on the Firearms Legislation. Firearms are only for killing people. No citizen should have the right to kill people. Only the police should be allowed to be armed. If NO ONE is allowed to carry guns, there is NO reason to carry one ourselves.

Most wage earners receive compensation based on the minimum wage that is decided upon by Congress. Since Congressional pay is not related to the minimum wage and is automatic; then they have no incentive to put a cost-of-living increase into the minimum wage. Therefore; it is proposed that congressional salary should not have automatic increases and should be determined by a reasonable percentage of the minimum wage.

The Central Park 5 were convicted of a crime they didn't commit. As boys they didn't have a clue about the process in which they were caught up. They each lost their youth, at least seven years of a normal life, and the view of the world that they were decent people. Now they should be awarded at least some restitution for what they went through.

It is too easy to possess a firearm in this country which is evidenced by the daily gun violence. A firearm is not a toy; it is a deadly weapon and it's sole purpose is to harm and or kill. People argue that cars kill people well then let's have the same requirements to own a gun.

Having access to a reliable and affordable broadband Internet service is an imperative if we want America to stay competitive. However, broadband internet services are dominated and controlled by four big Telecom companies, making it hard for people to obtain high-speed/broadband internet services at reasonable prices. Keeping America at the top of its game should be our top priority, therefore the "Big Four" telecom companies should be forced to create a real open market where competition, and not a perfect duopoly, dictates the price and speed of our internet.

False information is too often reported for the sound bite factor, only to be refuted after it is way too late. We see this with elections, gun control, and all other items particularly where a lobby exists. We can never make progress quickly enough if this is to continue.
